  1. I made this today at home. Joining culinary school. I can guarantee you these eggs are absolutely delicious. They are cooked. It's just a different technique. This is gourmet scramble eggs, not the crap you get at a diner.

  2. I have an electric stove and I just cook mine on 5. It takes a bit longer, but I am constantly service. I also use a small mixer to stir my eggs before putting them in the pan to cook.

  3. People complaining its raw its runny. Japan famous omurice is also runny idiots. how many restaurants and michelin stars you have?

    But … I also went to the best culinary school in the world 🌍

  5. I recently watched a short where someone made this and he got mad and called it liquid egg. I usually love hisncooking and enjoy his character, but he was insane for makijg this shit

  6. Ppl r saying it’s raw. But the way he did it, looked like he was going for something more like a custard/scrambled eggs. I like them soft but even id probably cook it 20-30 more seconds so you don’t find snotty egg white bits. No one wants that. Also idk why they are doing such a simple food on master chef. I could do that from 10 easy.
