Peter sagon is one of my favorites I love his big smile and his personality no he is my favorite okay well let me get out of my water bottle holder all right so uh listic family hi Cheers Cheers Cheers Andrew cheers guys Che good to be here all right what we’re going to do today hey is oh kiss all right so what we’re going to do today is we’re going to go over our menu and we’re going to tell you exactly why we’re kind of dressed in a peculiar fashion for some people but to start off with Donna where are we we’re at The Bluebird here in y Springs a beautiful property which is a house and we’ve got some footage that we’re going to show at the end of this video but right now we’re going to get into to our tour to France menu and this is we are honoring the most prestigious most illustrious the greatest sporting event that has ever occurred on the face of this planet in the present in the past or whenever the future’s going to be the tour to France and I am wearing an homage to the badger and Greg lemon’s epic battle and the tip of the hat to Bob roll the original Outlaw of American Cycle and the reason why we’re doing doing this is one we’re Fanatics about the tour to France but Andrew came to us he’s like let’s do a tour to France menu I’m like what we’re a French restaurant that’s perfect so Andrew came up with this menu yes so we’re going to go over our menu and Andrew is going to tell us why we’re doing each course so so we’re doing Friday Saturday and Sunday the whole month of July one seating time at 7:00 reservation required and we can accommodate most di dietary restrictions with the 24-hour notes yes so our first course we’re going to do a wild hor sausage uh it’s going to be risotto Florentine style perfect how do how no it sounds great but I’m more interested in how does that die into the Tor FRS I’m glad you asked me that so stage one of the torto fronts if you don’t follow the uh the race of they start in a different country and so this year they are starting in the beautiful City of Florence which is in Tuscany in Italy so they’ll be doing the granded Parts over the Pono and so as a result we are reflecting stage one with a lovely course um that is reflecting of the uh the food from Florence all right so what is our second course our second course we are going to create an Alpine salad an Al Al no you’re right okay an Alpine salad all right so I it’s G to have a lemon vinegarette with walnuts some Black Forest ham and of course Alpine swiss cheese why in the heck would we be doing that before the second course funny you ask that question too so stage number four will be uh uh they they will be moving the pellaton will be going from Italy into France and actually going on a very early Mountain Stage through the apps so out find out what’s our third C vishi swwa which is a chill potato and Lea soup I love your vishi swwa a thank thank you and so stage 10 and Stage 11 will be in the central regions of France uh and they will be going through the mountains of the massive Central and they’ll be traveling over the lir valley so traveling very close to gishi the region where the all right so the next course is you creating for sorb you just told and I totally forgot so we are going to do a billberry a billberry okay billberry uh-huh right a bberry sorbet yes that’s what we’re doing with pop rocks with pop rocks oh I see yes so Stage 15 is a uh Jun through the Pyrenees which is famous for its Bill berries very similar to blueberries but Stage 15 is on July 14th which is bastile day think July 4th fireworks it’s France’s uh Independence Day yes and July 4th is coming up in July for us so it’s be fun with the pop rocks yeah so it’ll be kind of you know similar in that way yep and then we move on to the main course so we’re doing a boyya base which is a seafood stew or our cordon blue which we stuff it with GRE or cheese and wrap it with Pudo you don’t Radars like traditional um it’s it’s just gorgeous though and we’ll pair it with a champagne burb you have this down perfectly and I can’t wait for this Seafood dish this is going to be good and we’re going to put the seafood in there that’s freshest at the time but why are we doing this is so our Entre are once again reflection of the tour and their stages so stage 16 through 18 will be very close to the uh southern coast of France uh Mediterranean Coast in fact so a lot of seafood uh and then the the other entree course cordon blue there’ll be a lot of colors on the plate colors are very important in the Tor fronts all right we move on to dessert do you know what you’re creating I do uh don’t act too suris so we’re doing a lemon and we’re doing a lemon tart for dessert I’ve got a little uh surprise on the crust and the reason we’re doing a lemon tart just like Andrew just said is colors are very important to the T of France and I’ll let you take it over here so colors yes very important so uh probably the most important color in the to T France is yellow that is the uh the color of the jersey that is given to the leader of the Tor France probably the most prized possession in cycling so uh yes colors are important yellow being the most important and he didn’t say it I thought you were the myj I love that for you thank you I appreciate that you’re very nice there’s a mourn there’s the polka dot there’s the green there’s the white there’s there’s so many different aspects in in the tour to France it’s it it’s what makes it the the best event sporting event of all time so to wrap it up here um you must make reservations we’re going to go into a little bit of description on the on the property here now and uh hope that you join us you have to make reservations come see us in July yay Cheers Cheers champagne of beers and cheers I’m getting ready for that kiss oh you forgot it earlier [Laughter] where’s my kid all right coming in I’m coming in hard I’m jumping off this gazebo where are we sitting and why are we sitting here we are at the blueb um it’s a beautiful piece of property here in Eureka Springs um it’s a house you can rent either the top or bottom or both there’s a lovely fire pit we are actually in the Pavilion with this amazing view behind us um it’s just a really beautiful company or property um out here in y Springs so yeah it’s it’s stunning when we first started walking in I mean it it reminded me of you know somewhere in France actually yeah absolutely the the incredible Vistas that are out here and this isn’t just to you can come out here and stay just one night but this is this may be a property where you bring in like a a a family get together family gathering and U being that you’re so close to Eureka Springs you can hit Eureka Springs and then bring everybody out here to enjoy it because this is an expansive property yes there’s tons of room yes and inred and amenities there’s not only a grill um in this Pavilion but there’s a hot tub there’s the two different levels it’s fully stocked with a kitchen a fulls siiz kitchen it’s beautiful so yeah and if you don’t mind for
