if you want the best ever french fries then you have to use your own potato cutter and your own deep fryer and make them yourself this potato cutter worked great for normal potatoes but for sweet potatoes it did struggle a bit the nice thing about the potato cutter is you can take everything apart and put it in the dishwasher so it’s really easy to clean for the deep fryer you want to fry once in a lower temperature then fry again in a much higher temperature then you get the best ever french fries and of course you have to use friy sauce because yes I am in Utah
