fresh Corner faster [Applause] [Music] Fest how we doing 20 23 40 years hi what better way to kick it off than with the preservation Brad [Applause] Ley [Applause] [Music] all right how’s everyone doing Jimmy setram executive chef of Bruce Hart’s restaurant we are out here at French Quarter Fest in Jackson Square and having a blast today we are featuring two wonderful dishes we have our crawfish remoulade slider and our seared crab cake slider on the Crawfish remoulade we have some spicy House made crab boiled pickles uh at our house made remoulade sauce on the crab cake slider we’ve got some pickled red onions in our Crystal aioli and both we’re serving with some plantain chips right now that ties into our whole menu at brous Arms so at the restaurant every menu we do focuses on one ingredient that’s been big in Creole food for the 103 years Bouchard’s been open and our spring menu right now is bananas so we figured tying the plantains as well it’s been a great day out here we’ve seen tons and tons of people I’d say about 80 percent of them are probably locals and those those tourists and visitors we have in town are hopefully gonna have a fun weekend with us let’s party [Applause]
