[Music] come on let’s be French let’s note the difference between the Brie and the camar the brie is softer creamier and of course fater the camar is sold as a whole it’s got a firmer texture and a much more intense flavor let’s eat it a French way so you cut a piece of baguette with your hand let’s start by the briis so you get a piece of it you put it on top of the baguette and even so it’s softer you do not spread it like the cream cheese on a cracker and you do the same with the cam it just tastes so much richer this way

You cut the brie incorrectly, and Camembert can be as soft as brie depending on how old it is.
