hey guys I’m in chambertin one of probably the most famous Vineyards in burgundy um and we’re going to talk about Pon Noir because this is all pinoir so these grapes are not all purple yet because they’re going through a process called verzin but what’s more important about Pon is it’s really tight clusters so you can see there’s not a lot of space in between the grapes and that’s an issue because penor also happens to have thin skin so when it rains this skin can get really soft and in can come bacteria um and rot and mildew and so that’s a big issue for p war and can make it really difficult to grow
