French Dip Sandwiches 🥪
2lb to 3lb chuck roast
1 whole onion chopped
1 whole bell pepper chopped
2 cloves chopped garlic
1 teaspoon Kender’s the Steak blend
1 teaspoon Onion powder
1 teaspoon Garlic powder
1 teaspoon Paprika
1 teaspoon Thyme
1 teaspoon Rosemary
2 packs Beef bullion powder
1 tablespoon Minced onion
1 tablespoons Minced garlic
2 Bay leaves
1/4 cup Red Wine ( i use cooking wine)
1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
4 to 5 cups beef broth
You can also add water if needed
(Caramelized The Onion)🧅
Add 1 tablespoon of olive oil in the pan.
Add in the purple or red onion .
Cook low until they caramelize
The White Sauce
1/2 cup mayo
1 teaspoon of horseradish
1 tablespoon roasted garlic
A tablespoon of fresh chives
A teaspoon of lemon zest
One squeeze of lemon juice
Salt and pepper to taste
Bread 🥖 Used
Sub Rolls or Hoagies – Toasted
Oven Cooking Time: 2 1/2 to 3 hours
Cooking Temp: 375 degrees

y’all ready for some good old French dipped sandwiches well let me show you how I do it okay y’all let’s get started on the seasoning I got some Kinders the steak blend right here I’m adding in some garlic powder after that I’m going in with some onion powder after that I’m going in with some paika and then I’m going in with some thyme then I’m going in with some Rosemary and after that I’m going in with a beef buang powder packet just going to add that in then I’m going in with some minced onion I’m going to add that in and then I’m going in with some minced garlic now when I get all my seasoning in my bowl I’m going to go ahead on and give it a good mix and this is what I’m looking like it look good and smell good too now I got me a good old chuck roast right here I’m going go ahead on take that seasoning sprinkle it all over the top of that roast now I’m going to flip that sucker over I’mma do the same thing to the other side I’mma sprinkle that seasoning all over it now this is what I’m looking like good seasoned chuck roast now went ahead on pull out old Brenda for this one I went on and oil it up heated it up and thre that chuck roast right on there then I went ahead and seared that roast on both sides now while that was searing up I went ahead and cut up me some good old onion and some good old bell peppers I went ahead and threw them into the same bowl and set it aside grabbed my Dutch oven added some avocado oil then I went ahead and threw those onions and bell peppers right on in gave it a quick sauté then I added in some garlic I waited about 1 minute y’all then I threw that roast beef right on in then I went back and got old Brenda scrape all them goodies up and I added them in as well after that I went in with some beef broth and then after that I went in with another beef buan powder packet now after that I went in with some red wine and then I went in with some wer wer sauce and then I went in with some bay leaves now after I got those bay leaves in there I just went ahead popped the lid on and into the oven it goes for 3 hours now I got me some red onions right here y’all I’m just going to take those red onions I’m going to cook them down and let them caramelize then I’m going to add them to a bowl and I’m going to set them aside y’all look at them onions don’t they look delicious now I got this recipe from Aaron alaman y’all I’m just adding some duk’s mail some horseradish some roasted garlic I’m adding some Chaves then I’m adding some lemon zest and some lemon juice to this bowl and I’m going to go ahead on and give it a good old mix now I forgot what the name of this sauce was but y’all it is delicious now I’mma roast be is all done y’all it’s looking good and it’s smelling good so I’m going to go ahead on remove those bay leaves I’m going to add me a little more water cuz I want it juicy and then I’m going to go ahead and start breaking it down and look how tender this beef is so now I’mma grab me some hogies I’mma go ahead on and toast them suckles up cuz you got to have toasted hogies with your French dip sandwiches okay don’t that look good it look good already y’all so now I’m just going to add my sauce remember I forgot the name of that sauce but I’m going to add that sauce then I’m going to add me some caramelized onions I’mma throw on some provalone cheese then I’mma start adding that good old delicious juicy tender beef pop that lid on there y’all then go ahead on slice it up cuz y’all know I like it looking pretty I’mma go ahead plate it up y’all grab me some of that juice from that pot and my grey Spirit over here acting up it’s telling me to dunk it y’all look at that o now y’all already know what’s next I got to give it a taste mhm yes sir yes sir that’s what my brother say y’all yes sir that’s it right there it’s so good y’all and make my shoulder Shake I ain’t even got time for no napkins cuz that’s good right there
