Ingredients :
80 g Cream
0.5 bunch Sorrel
240 g ASC-certified salmon fillets (2x120g)
200 g White spaghetti
50 mL White wine
1 Round shallot

Preparation

1.Spaghetti
– Bring a pot of salted water to a boil.
– Cook the spaghetti according to the package instructions.
– Meanwhile, prepare the sorrel sauce.

2. Sorrel Sauce
– Finely dice the shallot.
– Remove the stems and finely chop the sorrel.
– In a small saucepan, heat a drizzle of olive oil over medium-high heat.
– Sauté the shallot for about 5 minutes.
– Deglaze with the white wine. Add the cream and cook for another 1-2 minutes over low heat. Season with salt and pepper.
– Off the heat, add the sorrel and mix well. Taste and adjust the seasoning if needed.
– While the sauce is cooking, prepare the salmon.

3. Salmon
– 15 minutes in the Airfryer (160 C°)
OR
– 15 minutes in the Oven
OR
– Rinse and pat dry the salmon fillets.
– In a skillet, heat a drizzle of olive oil over medium-high heat.
– Cook the salmon fillets for 2-3 minutes on each side until cooked through, starting with the skin side down. Season with salt and pepper.
– Tip: To prevent the fish from sticking, place it on parchment paper before putting it in the skillet.

hi guys this is Celia uh in first thank you again for support me uh it’s very important for me don’t forget to like and comment this video if you like and uh also don’t forget to follow me and you will not um miss my next video also you can follow me on my social media you can see my uh Link in my description so for today uh we will cook a simple meal uh pasta again because we love pasta uh pasta with salmon and I will add my French touch it’s a very fast and easy you will uh you will see for this meal you need uh sore sore gu if you don’t have because uh it’s possible um you can use spine spinach okay uh so you need this it’s for two person like usually cream shot okay charot uh salmon pasta of course and white wine I think it’s white white white white wine in English Just Wine it’s for the sauce that’s my French touch you will see it’s very good let’s go we will make the the salmon so you need the air fryer if you don’t have you cook in the oven okay so you clean the salmon okay and you add the just one spoon of uh of olive [Music] oil okay and you cook this for 15 minutes at uh 160° I don’t know if you use degrees in a in America or other country but uh for me I use celsius deges I will cut the sh so we cut the shadot [Music] and I will cook now okay so I will uh you can add the pasta sorry Italian people I cut my pasta okay and now we will uh set so I finished to cut uh the s I check the time for the pasta okay I have 10 minutes so we will add the wine impossible to open this okay so I have um 100 so I will use 50 [Music] and I will add the cream and I mix and you can add di s it’s like spish the have uh a lot of water you see and now we wait uh that the pasta and the the salmon uh finish and is good salmon are ready okay and I will add the sauce and of course the cheese
