A busy weekend on Pattaya beach road this weekend and a good one for you foodies as Friday, saturday and sunday will see the EEC Good food, good vibes festival. Lots of stalls lining the beach with all different cuisines from around Thailand..
And moving over to Jomtien beach, a busy and colourful Saturday ahead for the Pattaya Community Pride Parade. The parade starts at the Colosseum on Thepprasit Road, along Thappraya Road, ending at Dongtan Beach close to the police box where there will be lots of entertainment and 3 stages in total with live shows, competitions, DJ sets and live music. The parade starts at 5pm.
One for you car lovers, Terminal 21 will be the venue for the Cars On Flight car show and meet up this Sunday. That kicks off at 12 noon with lots going on throughout the day, lots of cars of all kinds on show. Super cars, sports cars, classics and more. Lots of entertainment too with Live DJs, shows, pit girls and performers in the evening. A good day out, free entry and that’s taking place on the runway area outside the mall.
And one not to miss next Friday evening, the 14th June, over at the Movenpick Siam Hotel in Na Jomtien is their French Wine Tasting evening. With a selection of both red and white wines, served with a buffet of cheeses, cold cuts and more, and live music too. A 2 hour free flow, drink all you can from 7-9pm for just 1,290 baht net per person, at the Red Coral Lounge. Reservations for this one are recommended.
If you fancy an Indian, every Friday is Indian night over at Hemingways Lakeside – your choice of 4 curries together with a drink for just 249 baht – a good place to watch the sports too as they will be showing all the matches on their large screens.
And on Sundays, the loft pub are sizzling up their 3 course Sunday carvery, with 5 different meats to choose from, with all the trimmings as well as soups and desserts for just 445 baht from 12-4pm. A good place to take the kids too as they now have a PlayStation room, Toddlers Play Room and a children’s play area to keep them busy, and kids meals at just 100 baht.
