let’s try the 2019 Cabernet Franc from fogelar we were talking about Ontario Cabernet francs the other day and well here’s another one for us to try fogelar is a virtual Winery these have been cropping up in the last few years fogelar operates under the collab banner and a virtual Winery basically means that you can buy it online and maybe here or there but they don’t have an actual dedicated storefront I actually found this at a street festival in Toronto but galar focuses on Riesling and Cabernet front let’s open this one up and see what it’s like so it’s not showing up on camera it’s but this wine is not as dark as it looks on on screen here it’s more translucent I would say and but it is looking nice and dark and rich in color there’s some cherry there like sweet cherry and a tartar Berry like a Blackberry pretty fruit forward on the nose let’s give it a try that’s wonderful yet slightly untraditional
