if you’re looking for an incredible date night with a view you have to come up to revea and Skyfall Lounge inside the Delano Tower Rivera is the latest Maritime influence restaurant by Michelin star Chef Elon ducas and for those looking for a place that’s luxuriously different to grab after dinner drinks step to the edge at Skyfall Lounge now let’s go check out the food the cocktails and those amazing views I’ve got a treat for you we are 64 floors up we are on top of Las Vegas this view is incredible I’m with Johnny we’re right in front of revea a beautiful restaurant and a couple feet that way we’ve got Skyfall Lounge I mean these concepts are incredible please tell us all about them Johnny beautiful yeah so here at Rivera and Skyfall Lounge Las Vegas on top of the Delano Tower we offer phenomenal views A Renewed take on Italian and French cuisine by our celebrated Chef Alan ducas I mean a lot of special moments have got to happen here right this is like date night Central has never been a proposal or anything special absolutely we actually do a lot of proposals here and we do something special for them so as soon as we know that there is a proposal going on we greet them with champagne right send them a little bit of a dessert or maybe an appetizer to make it a little bit more special for them [Music] so you’ve created the perfect nut you can start with dinner at revea and then come right over here to Skyfall Lounge to grab a cocktail and look at this amazing view tell us about Skyfall Lounge absolutely in my mind it’s Las Vegas best kept secret right we offer indoor seating and outdoor seating our beautiful Terrace and I’m excited because we’re a little spoiled today and we get to see one of the fancy cocktails that we can order at this bar tell us about it absolutely so what I’m going to present to you is I take a Skyfall take on a classic bourbon sour so we use a Thai Chili infused bourbon right and we implement it with simple syrup a little Amaretto right that will really spice things up for you for the night I love that that’s definitely the type of drink that I order a little sweet a little sour just like me very excited well thank you so much for joining us I’m gonna go head into the kitchen see what Chef is cooking up [Music] so I’m doing the scallops dish saute with some root vegetable a butternut squash sunshock and salsify so always season the scallops of course salt pepper that’s the sun you want to hear so this is a butternut squash okay okay this is the sunshock and a selfie now I’m going to saute the the Brussels sprouts [Music] well Chef thank you so much this looks incredible and I learned so much I appreciate the lesson thank you very much
