without a little bit of a little bit of spice and of course we got the meme Josh I mean we got the meme wine Josh shut up keep going it’s a Cabernet sing young and everybody’s talking about it let’s start things off with the tried andrue blue cheese now I’ve done blue cheese a couple times in different things I think I put it in Scotch and I put in whiskey and uh I have yet to actually eat it by itself look at that does that look good to you I haven’t sniffed it yet let’s do a little quick sniff test it’s been a while since I’ve done one of these yeah that smells gross if you haven’t seen the video where I did the worst in a jars that is nothing this is a walk in the park in comparison to S straming and the other ones take a whiff of this tell me that doesn’t smell like an open and shut of these other than the pickles cuz pickle kind of good maybe try the crackers though you have a little fun with it it’d be kind of nice uh the jalapenos under the right circumstances it’s just     And yes, the pith of jalapeños is naturally a very light green. It's also the source of most of the heat, so getting rid of that and the seeds (and their attached bits of pith) will tone down the spiciness of whatever chilli you're infusing into your boozeohol.

  3. MY GUY if you flipping eat RAW JALEPENOS then yeah those shits are gonna be REAL FLIPPING SPICY.

    Ok maybe they won't be as hot as like a habenero, but any RAW pepper is ALWAYS going to be hotter than a cooked one. If you cut out the white PITH and most seeds you can limit the spiciness.

    But the pith is where the true spiciness comes from.
