would you like to enjoy a fat glass of red wine at breakfast but don’t need your anonine breathing down your neck in a judgy way I got you it’s called o on Marette and I definitely mispronounce that but basically it’s a French dish that consists of eggs and red wine and a bunch of other stuff this is that bunch of other stuff we basically made crispy bacon then I’m pouring all my vegetable trimmings garlic shallot other stuff into the pot then we’re going to deglaze with red wine and simmer it down a bit with beef stock until things reduced down to a nice thick sauce consist consistency at the end I’m going to mount the warm sauce with butter swirled it around till it melts that’s just going to make things go nice and glossy to Plate her I have the most adorable Dutch oven money can buy so I’m going to use that you can also just totally pop this in a bowl too whatever tickles your Balloons look at that isn’t that just delightful the cutest little breakfast you can get and nobody’s going to call you an alcoholic suck it Janine crusty bread is a non-negotiable you need it to sop up the sauce

as a certified french, never saw that as breakfast, it's more a strarter in a restaurant at lunch or dinner.
