I don’t want to put like a lot of makeup
to cover up my dark
spots I’m just using like a cream blush
today this thing
I also like to take the white shimmery
one and
just just place it
[Music]
all right hello guys morning we’re in
Sophia right now and we’re on our way to
S Janette it’s a small town near East I
will take us about 1 hour to get there
we’re about to visit a winery and a
small family running a winery over there
with a different method of making a wine
not the one
so see you there see
you so now we’re walking towards the
vineyard we have
arrived we can see the
wine look at this you
guys we are here in the vineyard so
excited look at all these wine that are
fermenting I
[Music]
guess they are variety called malbank
you know the variety they have different
spices mhm actually we call that in
France
seage so this seage is called
you know that we are here in village of
sanan and we have one Varity who come
from here okay special is a vary um
white type of grapes and uh we replanted
them because now with the climate change
the sity who uh don’t have that much
alcohol uh that much sugar so you know
with climate change we have more hot and
dry summer so generally the sugar
increase so the alcohol in the wine
increase so this Variety in the blending
is good because they going put a little
bit down the the alcohol or also they
keep the freshness the acidity so in the
balance
it’s this one is a bit more round this
one have like those slops yeah this one
is glab you know they are don’t have any
um
[Music]
um
things oh okay got it this one is malbe
barity this one is MUSC of
[Music]
Alexander hello free P are we up yeah
[Music]
and here we have the oldest
B this one are a variety called roll
roll is a variety from here from
provance and um they are 75 years but
because we want to represent a little
bit our family identity yeah so that’s
why we make
you’re going to do the fermentation
process fermentation process after that
depending in type of wine you want to
make we put it in the barrel you can see
that yeah yeah and this is the red
wies two type of aging
process wood o
clay that’s an an
for because we are in the Roman history
inard so we make a little bit
like you know barels the wood have
micr microport so the oxygen can pass
through a little bit that’s good for the
agging process of wine it will soft a
little bit the the red wine the tanins
and that’s the same thing the clay have
Micro so the oxygen pass through so the
the effect is the same but with the wood
you give like Woody flavors the wine and
the nuts with this clay nuts so it’s
something to find a bit more like fry
flavor French H Barrel American H Barrel
we have here we use 98% I say the French
Barrow but we have this so the D is a
bit a so after that we take out the wine
out of the barrels we do the
blending the tank and then we’re going
to connect the tank to this
machine right new machine uh 2 point
three generation I’m just style you put
it here empty the bottle yeah they go
there they pass through this one up the
the
bottle to the round here and here is
the machine and then there here and
[Music]
here we are rebuilding a little bit all
the wi here
this one is the white from 20
[Music]
23 you like it
m oh oh I like it it’s you like it
sparkly I think bit yes Carbonic yeah
yeah yeah
[Music]
here we on the region of PR the first
thing you need to know that here this
Valley we see here you have a river you
cross this River into this so from this
this river is called V River and that
was the border line 150 years ago
between France and it both side of the
valley here we spoke a diet called go to
the other side of the valley so far 20
minutes maybe they spoke a different
dialect called M so it’s really two
different
region and why is important to say that
we are in provance still in provance
because you know Ros wine in provance is
about um 85% of the wine production a
lot of wine of rosé wine
here in this Rosé we want to make a
little bit our family identity that’s
why in the
blending or we do a blend of v no and
malar is Varity from the Mediterranean
is from for also and
malb well known in Argentina a few years
ago to represent a little bit our family
dentity we decided to Mal gra to have uh
this identity a little bit in our work
wine and
VES first of all a little bit into a
wine
testing rules I will say or tips to
follow first of all you can describe
color
you can the color can tell you the age
of the Y they can tell you uh the Varity
made from here we have a Ros type of
color going to a little bit Beach little
bit orange type of Ros color that the
typicity of the
gach Second Step smell the one without
smell you can spleen a little bit the
wine inside the
glass because the aroma are volatile so
when they are in contact with the oxygen
you can more properly describe
yeah third step is taste the wine and
when you taste the wine uh you can see
the balancing between alcohol and
acidity the long time you have also
the and then you can
break now we’re going to start with the
white St princip
here you see in the level we
have princip mean the first one so this
is the first expression from a white
point from the
video this one is a blend of five
different
VAR and when we make this white one we
we have the idea to have something fresh
for something uh you can have it in
summer time hot weather something more
refreshing it’s one of five
and and is it true the strings here does
that tell something way so um something
through something uh
leg it’s a uran legion I like to say
that because uh depending pretty much on
the typicity of the glass that you
have so if you want to compare wine with
the legs that
legs uh you need to have the same glass
for all the wine that you are trying
generally the legs the quantity that you
have around the glass and the time that
the tears is going down quantity of
alcohol and also the acidity that you
can have people told you that you oh
yeah beautiful
legs uh so we try it uh before left Ros
this one is same level but in white La
Fon
white this one is a bit more specific
from the area because they have from a
local grapes called H the one we saw the
vines the old Vines you know all vine
doesn’t produce that much but good
quality to make more Reserve type of
wine blend it with sanan grapes s from
here the blend is around 95% 5% 95% of
all 5% of
sat this one was VY and AG into the O
barels fry the wine just uh downstairs
with the barel is the Vintage 2023 this
one is the Vintage
2020 Al the
same exactly so fermentation H and aging
process and all excited
yeah I smell kind of a good woody woody
got something about a little bit more
vanilla or so that come from the
food it’s a bit more round it’s a bit
more long in your mouth Now The
Taste but the thing that I like about so
far now till now
all the the the intensity is not so
strong especially the fru most of the
wine that I had before the fruity side
of the wine is so strong that it takes
away all yeah okay so and this is like
Perfect Balance yeah
balance
alol okay thank you
we have something going a bit more
purple
violet much have tanins the tanins is
one thing that you have in the the
grapes and when you do red wine at in
the seeds that’s why you are extracting
more color but also more things tanins
polyphenol blending
this one was aging Barrel during 2 years
the barrel will soft the tan will go uh
more elegant the red wine um so that is
a red wine consider it like a reserve
type of wine M we are aging more quickly
the wine why because it’s an oxidative
type of uh aging process you put the
wine outside during 12 months or the red
for example so hot weather cold weather
uh night Day
Spring um
winter so we say here that wine are
aging more quickly we say that one month
is equal to one years old smell
is
different it kind of smells like this
place
itself a bit gives the essence to me
so is for ch ch
yes so guys it’s the end of our wine
tour and now we’re just going to enjoy
some provant
