I tried some of the Rock’s signature
dishes and this is what I had first at
this iconic Renaissance Patisserie which
has opened for over 30 years the creme
brulee is rich and creamy it is
perfection for the month of August the
rock is celebrating forage to rocks
where there will be many food offers
master classes and events my second Pit
Stop is the foot which serves amazing
Mediterranean menu you must try their
Flame Grill black type ribeye at this
new venue it is crazy tender and the
salsa verde sauce paired so well with it
lastly sake is one of the venues that
we’ll be offering a cocktail and canape
for 25 in August I love their salmon
sashimitago kanape I also had their
signature dragon egg dessert which is
out of this world so many beautiful
components that makes this dessert a
