Crispy Fried Potato Recipe in English:
Ingredients:
-Aloo (Potato) peeled 500 gms
1 cup bread crumb
-Namak (Salt) 1 tsp or to taste
-corn flour 3 tbs
-Oil for frying
-Chaat masala to taste
Directions:
-Peel,wash and cut potato vertically into pieces.
-In bowl,add potatoes
-in cornflour add namak add water few drop and mix well
-In pot,heat oil and fry until golden & crispy.
-Sprinkle chaat masala & ketchup serve.
Recipe in Urdu:
Ajza:

Ab cornflour main namak or paani daal ker ghol ley
ab ek ek ker k aloo ko utha ker cornflour waley ghol main deep karey phir bread crumb se cooting karey
-Pot mein oil garam karein aur golden & crispy hunay tak fry ker lein.
-Chaat masalaor ketchup se serve karein.
