Go ahead, it’s good for you. It’s fun and it works – in fact, it’s why French women don’t get fat. Of course, this dream diet has been around for centuries. It’s known as the French Paradox and it defies all logic. How come they thrive on all that rich food and wine AND have lower rates of obesity and heart disease than we do. Well, being French, you can bet style has something to do with it.
