I wanted to make a lot of cuts in this video because I thought some sequences were too long, but I’d already put some music in beforehand. That’s why sometimes the music or the cuts are weird. Sorry, I’ll be more careful next time!

  2. Can you prepare a video about different types of breakfasts? I watched all your videos and I know you try to minimize carbs. I have been trying different types of diets, including keto, but I think meditteranean diet is the better for myself. It's well known that French meals are full of flavours but also good fats and proteins. I think it would be very interesting to see more about French meals and maybe count macros etc. I like your videos, cookong and showing how and what you eat! Keep going 😍 Love

  3. Your meals look so nice. The beef stew is just like one that I often make in Winter (I’m in the UK) – although, it is quite difficult to get beef bones for stock, unless you are prepared to pay silly money for them (£4 for a couple of bones, almost as much as the cost of the meat you’re going to eat!) We don’t eat a lot of veal in the UK (it’s considered cruel to eat baby animals that have no chance to live any sort of life) but I personally make a similar dish using pork with Dijon – that’s also very good.
