red wine good or bad for your heart the
truth from a cardiac surgeon so where
did all this start here’s the crazy
thing early 90s 60 Minutes did a story
that looked at the French diet high fats
High carbohydrates but they drank a lot
of red wine and there was an observation
that they had a lower incidence of
cardiovascular disease hence the French
paradox now there was no data to support
this but this went viral so what’s the
truth well red wine does in fact contain
polyphenols particularly
Resveratrol and it has been shown that
this can cause dilation of blood vessels
make platelets slippery so that you
don’t get the blockages in the arteries
but this has never really been proven in
humans and in fact to get adequate
levels of Resveratrol you would have to
drink a huge amount of red wine and this
amount of alcohol clearly

  1. 😮😮😮😮All drink alcohol 🍷 hell is where all you lot are going 😮😮😮😮
Then what is the point of this life if you are burned 🔥 in hell when your time is up.

  2. To get enough of that thang, gotta get yourself drunk on red 🍷. That's what the good doctor's sayin'.

  3. I honestly don't know where it all started from but I can tell you this all of my girlfriends who have drank since they were 17 years old now some are alcoholics and I don't recommend that but all women who drink more than they eat keep their skin as tight and Young on their body as when they were in high school and for all those other women who raise kids or eat like I did we get flabby Grandma arms and butts that have little dimples on that Helen Keller could read.😅

  4. I must remember that the French don't sit and eat as much greasy fat as Americans do cheeseburgers hoagies pizzas they don't eat quite that way so I don't think that drinking red wine is going to eliminate the fat that we put into our bodies in one week no matter how much we drink.

  5. Greeks drink red wine 🍷 😋 daily with dinner and they also have reduced heart provlems. May be more tondonwith healthy food.

  6. My late mother in law went through a handle of beef eaters every 2 weeks she lived to be 97 !

  7. As my biochemistry professor pointed out: although there may be a possible casual correlation between healthy hearts and high red wine consumption, you should take note of the very high liver disease rates and ensuing deaths amongst these populations.
