Ingredients:
– 3 large eggs
– 200ml thickened cream
– 1 tablespoon Muscovado or dark brown sugar
– 50g butter, to fry
– 2 teaspoons olive oil, to fry
– Hot cross buns sliced in half (top-off-bottom, or see note)
– Icing sugar, plain yogurt and berry compote (or fresh berries), to serve
