my friends at Golden Ste are rolling out
some new menu items over the next few
weeks and this one is a showstopper
check out this decadent new appetizer
featuring two massive beef bones filled
with marrow and a pair of their huge
jumbo Western Australian lobster tails
they add butter on top of the marrow
before broiling which takes the Umami
flavors to another level it is then
plated and finished off with golden
steer’s French cuff seasoning that gives
a french onion soup flavor along with
Chef’s homemade Italian salsa ver bone
marrow has a delicate complex Savory
flavor with a creamy texture and nutty
undertones this excellent Shar dish
currently retails for $250 but you can
get each item out a cart the bone marrow
goes for $40 and the larg tails are $85
each this was crazy good that fatty
gelatinous beefy flavor from the marrow
went wonderfully topped on the Christini
and the Italian salsa Verity added some
bright flavor to it for some
ridiculously delicious bites
