  4. Question? How much does all that cost? How much does all the other parts cost? Because there’s also about the price of the food you making on the price of these? They’re probably worth it has more calories but cost less

  5. Steam or zap then in the microwave for 4 mins, makes a nice fluffy inside and sets up for a crispy outside.
