so we have our glaze ready we have our
cake that’s really really cool and we’re
just going to pour everything at once
right in the
center then we’ll just take an offset
spatula and very quickly pull the excess
of glaze on top to make sure that the
top of the cake it’s actually not too
thick with the glaze and this is one of
my happy moment it’s beautiful shiny and
there’s no bubbles there’s glaze all
around the cake once you’re done glazing
if you look on top you can see the
reflection of yourself it’s really
telling off the glaze that’s been done
properly everything is shiny and glossy
and you can actually see yourself just
like in the mirror
