here to discuss our May men what the
heck is that you didn’t taste not oh my

sacr so we’re here to uh talk about our
May our May menu and we are going back
to Our Roots the stick nuo is going to
do a French menu for the entire month of
May MH so Friday Saturday Sunday yep
7:00 seating mhm uh reservations

3123 and uh let’s just get straight into
the menu because this is this is a good
french menu back to our grps yes so
we’re going to do escargo to start
escargo to start you may not like snails
or you may think you don’t like snails
cuz you’ve never tried snails but this
escaro garlic and buttery Top Tomato

other all right well it’s it’s
delightful it really is you got to give
it a shot if you have it and then we’re
going to move on to our Eric there you
get that pronunciation I
tried it’s our french green bean salad
and we’re pairing that with the dejon
vinar yeah AR Go bear is is a classic
that we do here we’ve done it a lot uh
we’ve got it down so that’s our second
course and then we’re going to move on
to our shamor French onions
sou what do I say about this French
seriously so good there was once upon a
time we went to a different restaurant
that had had a french onion soup and I
looked at Donna and I was like this is
better than ours yeah we had to figure
out a better recipe yeah so we went to
the lab and we went nuts and we probably
made 15,000 different variations I think
plus 15,000 so we got this down it’s the
best yes and then for this for B do you
know I really don’t have I don’t have a
clue you’re going to make French lava

right do and then for the main course um
we have two different choices so we have
our beef burgon mhm or we’re preparing
your king salmon unilaterally with the
crispy skin hand seared it’s amazing
with a sapon cream sauce and both will
be paired with grotten doin W potatoes
that’s that’s a tough choice between the
beef burger and the pants pant here
unilaterally pan seed salmon I mean
that’s what would you do I I would
you’re getting the beef and I’m doing
the salmon and then we’re sharing
yes so that’s what you should maybe as
well but both dishes are just great and
then for
dessert uh PTO CRM y going back to the
classic uh French chocolate it’s kind of
a mousse but it’s a little bit more rich
and Perfection yeah it’s we’ve done it
before we can do it again so I’m we’re
going to do a grammar cre to with it all
right this this is a freaking awesome
menu yeah yeah so make your reservations
all through the month of May y um oh and
if you have if you need to make
substitutions y we’re going dietary
restrictions just call let us know ahead
of time we see some advanced notice but
we can accommodate um pretty much any
dietary need yeah so but we need 24-hour
notice so let us know you got to count
