go cheese really really straightforward
and we’re going to put them in the oven
so what have you got for me I’ve got two
wine here for you I’ve got a bord ENT
very creis very light with beautiful ARA
you know Citrus just a little bit fruity
wonderful very fresh or if you want a
red wine con toosa igp is one of his new
wine very fruity a lot of red fruit A
Touch of Spice actually middle weight
not too heavy but not too light either
enough way to go with a with a tomato be
perfect great Perfect all I I’ve got to
do here is add in some goat cheese so
I’ve got some flatbreads that I’ve
bought olive oil and then you take your
tomato and cheese mix and then when they
come out of the oven we just put some um
Basel on top and that’s it excent I
think I’m going to take the wine okay
these won’t take long 10 minutes or so

cheese flatbreads I’ve got a really
delicious sort of quirky pasta instead
of using your generic pesto that’s made
with pine UPS I’ve made mine with
walnuts so a little bit different and

made a pesto so parmesan lemon garlic
walnuts basil and and parsley and some
grated cett which are just raw mhm they
all go in and then of course we need to
