We are Kirkland wine drinkers or 20-25 dollar on a special occasion wine drinkers – for our 10th anniversary my wife got us a bottle of this 2019 Domaine du Vieux Telegraphe.
Holy shit, just such a step up from our normal day to day. Incredibly balanced. I am not wine-smart enough to even describe it accurately honestly, but just wanted to say it was exceptional in every way. Love Chateauneufs normally and this was just elevated in every way.

Chateauneuf Du Pape is almost always a great wine. My favorite for a $30-$40 bottle. I’ve heard excellent things about the whites from there as well but have yet to try them.
