Starting off the season with a bottle I’ve been saving since it was full jacket weather. This company has an interesting history of biodynamic and natural winemaking practices and it’s really really good imo. Medium-light body, (for a rose) medium dry, Watermelon rind stone fruit notes and a beautiful minerality. Expensive but worth it imo
