COOKING CREAM 150 ml or ½ CUP
WHITE WINE 150ml or ½ CUP
SHREDDED CHEESE
POTATOES 9 POTATOES
BUTTER/SALT&PEPPER

SLICE VERY THINLY MUSHROOMS AND SHALLOTS
IN A PAN, MELT GARLIC BUTTER AND ADD MUSHROOMS AND SHALLOTS, COOK AT LOW TEMPERATURE.
MIX WELL, FLOUR AND MILK AND ADD MIXTURE TO COOKED MUSHROOMS AND SHALLOTS AND STIR FOR FIVE MINUTES, LOW HEAT.
ADD WINE,SCALLOPS, SHRIMPS AND CRAB MEAT.AND LET SIMMER FOR 5 MINUTES IN LOW HEAT.
ADD COOKING CREAM, MIX WELL AND LET COOK FOR 2 MINUTES.
ADD SALT&PEPPER TO TASTE.
COOK POTATOES, AND DO MASHED POTATOES,ADD BUTTER,MILK,SALT AND PEPPER.
