I have been viewing a number of your videos. Good content. In terms of “explicit matter”, do explicit works of art qualify? This could mean works like the roof of the Sistine chapel. Sculptures like Michelangelo’s David? What about visiting the beach? You did not say one should avoid the beach. But in terms of “explicit matter” should women revert back to wearing the fashions of 1920s and 1930s? Can such art and fashion be a triggering mechanism? Is it best that David (sculpture) and Adam and Eve (painting) have fig leafs? Is it better for women to wear the 20s and 30s swimwear so as not to create a triggering response?

How is it possible for someone with a fetish (that was with him since childhood) not to be triggered? Like: you go out, it's everywhere. Same as any place on the internet. Still this happens with some people that are close to you in terms of relationships, and you cannot ignore or leave the place… Even though after 4-5 months of completely being free and bringing the brain back online, it still works as a trigger that can lead back to the first place.
I still don't understand why the information on this field is too little that literally no one talks about fetishes in terms of a cure!

I have tried to quit porn for about 4 months now, I managed to stay off adult websites completely since about one month ago but i still CHEATED as i was chatting to adult entertainers online etc, as I got an addiction to T girl porn despite identifying as straight and only ever having had sex and romantic attraction to cis women, virtual stimulation is NOT the same as face to face one, as you haven't got an actual person in front of you, it's just an image and you can feel attracted to such imagery, but it has left me confused AF. It was only after I stopped CHEATING and COMPLETELY stayed off it for about 10 days now that I FINALLY start to notice change. It's like going on a diet, you cannot start cheating (and complain why you're not losing weight) you gotta be disciplined.

I've been having some long streaks of complete sobriety. And now I hate the filthy porn and anything that causes me to lust. The first two weeks of sobriety are the toughest and then it gets easier. I hate even small slips. Romans 12:1-2 is the playbook for believers in order to deny yourself daily. Plus flee (avoid) temptation. Don't think of it as a fight.
The world is mostly going to tell you that fapping is normal and healthy. Practically everyone at this channel has a problem. Rewiring isn't possible without complete sobriety. Try to progress to the point of living with zero PMO. Fapping draws people back to porn and cycling behaviors. Who said that a well lived life is easy!! Lol

Hi! I am highly addicted,31 years old and virgin,shy guy. Anyway I have tried to recovery,failed 3 consecutive weeks on 4,5,7th days, and then on 9th day. How can you cure erectile dysfunction caused by edging???
My whole teenage years were massively influenced by adult content online. I am currently 24, but decided to stop watching at about 18-19. However much of my mind had not been cleared out by the vivid images and explicit videos I've had been exposed online. People were talking before about cutting the habit off as the movement "NoFap" suggested it was going to give you "superpowers". That kind of idea really seemed unrealistic and bogus – made out by some geeks online who trip on the placebo effect. I've found your reasoning much more realistic and about a month or so I decided to also stop fantasizing while doing it and cutting the habit as a whole until my mind resets. Hadn't counted days, but I started about almost 2 months ago and had 2 slip ups. The effects I experience are less anger, easier focus and maintaining focus, holding eye contact more comfortably while talking and most importantly I stopped running from the uncomfortable emotions that I used to avoid with that habit. It took me my whole teenage years to build that habit and for my mind to wire in such ways so I don't expect a quick recovery, but I am glad for the perspective I've got from this channel. I am looking forward to recovery. Thank you!
