  1. Looks amazing! Love the white instead of the dark wood.

I have to pick out my counters soon… what kind did you choose? Looks like quartz classic calacatta? Yours are exactly what I want. Thanks!

Great job. You must be very happy with the end result. Was the old surface granite?

Are those two bigger lights on the ceiling sky light tubes? The lightning on the ground on the island isa voice touch. This is so well done! Love the colors and everything. The amount of open, clean, countertop space is perfection.

Floors are good, solar tubes are good, keeping the old cabinets is great, cost sounds good. Well done.

The under-island lighting is sickkk. Almost like its levitating or something.

Looks fantastic and at an excellent price point!Honestly at this point older cabinets are going to probably be better material unless you’re willing to go custom. We did a similar remodel, thought not quite a cool as yours, and are very happy with it.

Can I ask, what did you use for under the island lighting? Would make a rad night light.

It kills me when I sell my house, which has Cherrywood cabinets and beautiful granite countertops that it’s all gonna get ripped out for this….

This is giving me major hospital/industrial vibes and is terrible. No warmth, no color… you destroyed a wonderful kitchen for this monstrosity.

Your original kitchen looks soooo much like my parents’ kitchen, who remodeled in ~2007

Eek. This is what my wife wants to do to our kitchen. We have the same dark cabinets and similar granite. Was done about 10 years ago. I like it, but wife says it’s out of date and we need to go with white. Eek.

I like it except for the lighting under the island. It’s just to bright.

Looks amazing, personally wouldn’t be sold on the ground effects or whatever the fuck they are but otherwise fabulous.

The under-island lights are so tacky please turn them off

Holy shit. Your before kitchen looks like the kitchen I’d like to upgrade to. I just have a 60’s kitchen and gave it a facelift lol

Beautiful but that lighting is pretty cheesy to me

Not sure about those lights under the island.

The before pic is cluttered and at an unflattering angle.
