The first dish can't even call it a noodle… it's street food, cheapest noodle in HK I would say it's just soy source fried noodle from any congee restaurant in Hk. HK ppl don't really like eat fried wonton like the western, also we don't put cream and cheese inside fried wonton!!! Never compare wonton noodle with pho, they are so much difference & I love both!! The third dish is super hard to master & also one of my favor dish!! and yeah, the last one is expensive… I miss HK food, wish I can go back & visit some day.

For God's sake, don't ever go to Hong Kong! Everything you do, say, or think will be used against you under the #23 rule, the crooked police will make up anything on the spot to make anyone looking guilty.
There are cameras with face recognition every corner and you will be caught jaywalking. You'll have no attorney, no jury, and prosecution rate is 100 percent. You would even be barred from returning to your home country without any sort legal representation. The police regime can make anyone disappear as if due to natural causes.
