I really enjoy the videos and your boyfriend’s passion for what he does. Especially still being up for cooking after working at the restaurant all day!
You’ve never seen anyone quenelle that fast because… it’s not a quenelle, it’s a rocher. A quenelle is made using two spoons and has 3 discernible sides. A rocher is completely smooth, and super easy to pull if your 18 zillion dollar pacojet gets your texture perfect every time lol.
