Created in 1895, at the heart of Roussillon to Rivesaltes, between Pyrenees and the Mediterranean Sea, Cazes estate counts today 220 hectares entirely converted in Organic and Biodynamic Culture, a total approach which acts on the true expression of the soil and the plant in their natural environment.
CAZES has always sought to offer wines that show the richness of winemaking in the Roussillon region. Via privileged partnerships with other Catalan winemakers to whom we lend our technical support and advice, CAZES is able to offer wines from the most emblematic terroirs of the region.
With the recent acquisition of Les Clos de Paulilles, symbolic estate of the Vermeil Coast between Collioure and Banyuls, CAZES widens its pallet of High-class Wines of Roussillon.
Nowadays, Cazes is known as one of the flag bearers of Roussillon’s viticulture and a reference in wine tourism.
