Ahoy Swifties, we did it, we made Taylor Swift’s favorite cocktail. But I can hold my head high because we did not make it because Taylor drinks it, we make it because @meaganmcgrath6403 drinks it and wanted us to make one. Yes, it’s the latest installment of Fan Friday and this was our request for today. There are some great flavors in this one and you will most likely enjoy it. Herbal notes of the gin, florals from the elderflower and Lillet, and then we throw in a little extra brightness from the fresh grapefruit will make this a winner on a warm spring or hot summer day. Ingredients
2 oz Lillet Blanc
2 oz fresh grapefruit juice
1 oz dry gin
½ oz Elderflower liqueur
3 dashes lemon bitters
lemon peel for garnish
Directions
Add ingredients into a shaker. Add Ice and shake to chill and dilute. Double strain into a chilled Coupe or Nick & Nora glass. Rub lemon peel over rim of glass and place in glass for garnish.

Tanqueray 10 gin
Lillet Blanc French Apéritif Wine

I love Fan Friday! Great idea. Going to have to give this one a shot. Also I appreciate you mentioning shelf lives of some of these things! Not a lot of Youtube bartenders do.
