They will say no no they go like this you know what I all jokes aside uh it’s amazing someone friends gets a bad rap uh certainly Paris of of people with that you know just not want attitude it’s it’s certainly changed it’s it’s really welcoming and hospitable right

Now uh which is great so to make french onion soup at home again beautiful onions you can do you know Videl onions white onions whatever you’d like um butter into the pan you want to roast those onions down you thr braid um cook those onions down you want to sweat them

Salt pepper salt always is needed to let them sweat down you want to caramelize those onions throw it on a low heat I want to always have beef stock you can make this into a veggie option and a little veggie place so you can the beef

For veg and now you’ve got that um either bay leaf or Rosemary you can take these out of course but essentially what you want to do is you want to cook that down stew it down you get that beautiful richness some people add uh cognac some

People add a little bit of fancy yeah a little depth so you know a little balsamic vinegar in some cases and then again you put in the broiler so on High um be careful cuz that things will burn and in your favorite bowls you can see we’ve put Brios always Brios French
