Using a Columbia double Carbonic passation from Black Rifle a quick Spritz of water for static mitigation and into the commandante at 20 clicks so medium fine grind I found ere extraction to be a non-issue with immersion methods like this I do however want to prevent a gritty cup so I’ll filter all coffee
Under 200 Micron for my 30 G sample after sifting out I’ll find some left with approximately 27.5 G of coffee next I need to bring water just up to a boil for Brewing we’ll quickly rinse and preheat our cff and we’ll use that to water the grass now we’re finally ready
To start brewing we’ve already sifted our coffee to 27.5 G dose into our French Press quick level and ready to dose our water 30 seconds off boil dose 120 M and agitate continue to agitate and bring our dose up to 245 M lat on
Set aside now we allow a 5 to 6 Minute immersion period to take place before slowly and evenly pressing next we’ll allow an additional 4 to 5minute period for further sediment to fall to the bottom of our caraffe now let’s serve the coffee gentle pour keep that
Sediment at the bottom it’s a very cool coffee with a company score of 88 Galaxy hop certainly add another layer to it overall fantastic range tap Brew
