French Onion Chicken Recipe
Ingredients:
3 chicken breasts
2 large brown onions
3 cloves of garlic
100 g mozzarella cheese or gruyere cheese
1½ cups of chicken broth or beef broth
2 tbsp olive oil
20 g butter
All purpose flour
Salt, black pepper and thyme
