Through each of the wines that are going to be really classically paired with these great dishes and we’ll also have our supplier in town Manu from David Milligan we’re going to be holding the event in the lower level of scholar in the study so it’ll be kind of a Swanky
Elevated um we have the fireplace rolling I think the perfect environment for maybe a couple dozen people and uh an intimate wine dinner wines from all throughout France with some very traditional um cuisine as well so the pairings I think will be a great uh Looking Glass into um the traditional

Scholar’s Executive Chef, Taylor Boeschenstein, has thoughtfully created six French-themed courses that will be paired with unique wines from various regions of France. Manou Chahmirzadi will be presenting the wines and telling stories of his adventures as he has personally visited every vineyard we will be featuring.
