  1. See, for fish and chips salt and malt vinegar, maybe some HP Brown sauce should be the condiment of choice. That’s what I’m more annoyed over.

  2. Fish and chips NEEDS chip shop chips. Non negotiable. I like fries from the air fryer and do them regularly, but you can keep them. They are not welcome on this classic dish.
