Cabernet from California during Co here we go any idea about the Vintage or um oh I got to give him the Vintage um 2021 okay I’m going to have a little too hopefully we we don’t make you know like that okay I see the the color is very low
Um it’s very very long in mouth but the pet it’s quite there’s no structure on the process so low in color no structure a lot of extraction lot of extraction is the alcohol well integrated there’s acidity on one side it’s not very well balanced not well balanced this was the number one selling
California cab of Co how’s the finish the Finish is very long very quite hard for me harsh finish it’s a it’s a style it’s it’s not bordo style it’s not Bordeaux style he’s such a gentleman but he gave you his hon opinion today and we appreciate that thank you Julian
