How To Make Biscoff Macarons | Biscoff Buttercream Recipe | French Macarons
This is my recipe for Lotus Biscoff flavoured Macarons with Biscoff buttercream filling. It’s delicious and flavourful, you must give it a try if you like Lotus Cookies!
You can also use this buttercream recipe to frost cakes, or cupcakes or as a filling for other types of cookies!

I N G R E D I E N T S : Recipe Yield: 40 small shells, 20 small assembled Macarons
65 g Icing (Powdered) Sugar
50 g Ground Almonds
15 g Lotus Cookies (2x cookies)
45 g Granulated Sugar
50 g Egg Whites
Buttercream:
35 g Salted Butter (if using unsalted, add a pinch of salt)
40 g Icing Sugar
50 g Lotus Biscoff Spread (or any cookie butter you can find)
Centre Filling:
Lotus Biscoff Spread (or any cookie butter you can find) as needed
