Chips mayai is a popular street food in East Africa, particularly in Tanzania and Kenya. It consists of chips (french fries) mixed with a batter made from eggs, onions, and spices, and then fried in hot oil until crispy. To stay tuned until the end of the video this is a recipe for one so to begin I’m going to be placing a small pan of a medium heat add cooking oil onions cook until the onions are soft as the onions are starting to soften up

I’m going to be adding in some green and red capsicum tie in let the capsicum cook for around one minute as I crack my two eggs add in some salts I’m going to add in some black pepper to My Pan just a tiny bit of black pepper for some flavor

Add in my leftover fries my fries were already seasoned so I’ve just added a little bit of salt to my eggs so that the smile can be fully seasoned this smells very very very delicious cook the fries for around a minute just to warm up the fries

At this point this is how my fries are looking so the next thing is to add in my eggs so just to make sure that the eggs are set together with the fries first down a little bit let this cook for around one minute on low Flame

After about a minute I’m going to be flipping my eggs so that can fully cook I’m going to flip a plate on top voila transfer back the chips my eye into the pan and let the other side cook for around one minute I love that you can

Actually tell that the chips my hair is very delicious just by looking at my pan so I’m going to be transferring turn off the heat first and then I’m going to be transferring to my plate I love how colorful and flavorful my chips my eye is looking so you can have
