Cereal Milk Matcha Latte 🥣 | A Matcha morning instantly made with a recipe inspired by childhood nostalgia and an adulting ritual. Who says grown-ups can’t have fun?!
– 1/4 cup french toast cereal
– 1 cup milk
– 2 tbsp heavy cream
– 1 tbsp maple syrup
– 1 tsp Matcha.com matcha powder
– 2 oz warm water
– dash of cinnamon powder
– dash of sea salt
— Soak cereal in milk for 30 minutes or until cereal is soggy
— Strain milk and set aside.
— Lightly whip heavy cream, cinnamon, maple syrup, and sea salt.
— In serving glass, froth matcha powder with warm water.
— Add ice, strained milk, french toast cream, and some cereal.
