Really sting it for gorgeous palette wait again very similar to Wine number one feels like a natural acid line has that slightly uh salt of the sea uh yeah Briny fishy thing going on but it’s kept in check there’s olive tapenade there’s not heaps of tannin not a bunch
I don’t think just because we’re here in in Unicode and there’s all these Unico Zello ones behind me I’m gonna go narrow uh because it reminds me of something like that and I’m gonna go three you’re kind of like feeling it out a little bit more and this makes itself so much well
More well known than the previous rib wine did which was very just blocky whereas like the first one in this wine are just like such interpret you know finely detailed highly defined pallet weights
