  1. Ricotta Pecan Pesto
    2 oz Basil
    1 Tbsp Chopped Pecans
    2 Cloves Garlic
    1/3 to 1/4 Cup Olive Oil
    1/2 Cup Parm Cheese
    1/2 Cup Ricotta Cheese
    Chili Flakes & Pepper to taste
    .
    Add basil, pecans, & garlic to food processor. Mix. Slowly add in the olive oil while mixing. When you’ve reached your desired consistency, mix in the parm. Next add ricotta in blend for 30 seconds. Add chilli flakes & pepper to taste
