Cooking Method:

Rinse in water twice to remove starch.
Boil in vinegar water (1tbs per cup of water) for 10 minutes.
Cool down and blanch at 275 for 8 minutes.
Cool down again and fry at 350 until really golden.
Go longer than you think, otherwise it’ll go limp!

Triple cooked fruits for this style fries cut them real thick rinse off as much starch as you can cover with water and vinegar and simmer for 10 minutes let them cool before going for the second cook blanch at 275 for 8 minutes finally fry a 350 until very golden

Season with truffle salt and parmesan if you’re basic like me bust out the chick-fil-a sauce to get real zoinked

  1. Pls guys if u have green part of potato pls at least remove the part, it contains solanine which is make ur stomach sick and come from potato that exposed to too much sunlight

  2. Dude, there's a lot of green left on those potatoes! That's an indicator of the presence of solanine, a toxic compound that occurs when the tubers are exposed to sunlight.

    You need to trim all of that off
