Bordelaise sauce is a French sauce where the main character is red wine reduction which gives the dish a sweet and salty thick taste.
In this video, I am cooking chicken breast in Bordelaise sauce. The red wine reduction is the main source of taste but the cooking technique makes the chicken breast moist, tender, and very pleasant to eat.
Even though real Bordelaise sauce is made with bone marrow, I instead use chicken broth cooked with chicken bone and meat.
