Hey Park Hoppers! We finally had the chance to eat at the Great Maple Modern American Eatery inside of Pixar Place at the Disneyland Resort. We’d heard nothing but good things from people that had eaten there, so we were super excited to try it out.

Hey what’s up Parkers Hello everybody welcome back all right today we’re finally going to check out the brand new restaurant inside Pixar place yes the great Maple mhm I think we’re going to do like brunch yes um I mean it’s definitely brunch time it’s brunch time
It’s like 11:45 so we are super excited to try this food out we have heard nothing but great things dude I I don’t even know what to try and if the restaurant matches the vibe of the rest of the hotel it’s going to be on Amazing
So let’s go get some food I’m hungry let’s go guys so while we’re waiting for our table at the great Maple we came down this little hallway to sit and check out some of the artwork that onward artwork is phenomenal and you have Wall-E and then you have something out of the Monsters
Universe looks great and then they also have a little onward hidden floor toop so really really awesome I know we’ve said it but the attention to detail oh my gosh amazing has been really good I also love all these round overhead lights yes um I think they look so nice
Very flattering light in here MH um great job Disney imagineers yes great job all right so we just got seated we did what are you what are your impressions so far um I think it’s pretty it’s very like like classic I feel like it has a very like vintage
Feel I think it’s very cute it is a bit loud in here though it’s pretty loud it is pretty I don’t know how good the audio is going to be right but I do feel like it’s because like there must be some type of dance competition this
Weekend so there’s a lot of families in here like girls in medals like yeah so I’m pretty sure that’s I feel like I need to fold this no um the menu for this place looks absolutely amazing like we’re going to order off of the brunch
But honestly I want to come here and try every like meal yeah yeah absolutely and the drinks the drinks sound so good too I’m thinking about getting a tropical mermaid yeah I like it yeah all right so we just ordered our waiter JC hilarious funny super energetic uh he loved our
Ears he was telling about some ears this kid has uh but also what’s really cool is they offer breakfast lunch dinner all day so everything on the menu is available all day drinks everything is ready to go all day I love that so we just ordered we ordered a couple food
Items got some stuff on the side we did order some drinks um I want to say the if you coming to Great Maple cuz it is Disney doesn’t own great Maple it is like a third party restaurant that you can go to other locations if you’re
Expecting to be like slapped in the face with Disney like you’re at Goofy’s Kitchen or something it’s not like that it’s very subtle there is some Pixar stuff on the walls in black and white Stills they’re gorgeous like photos they look like these like super high quality
Like times New York Times Like photo of the Year kind of photos of these Pixar characters we’ll try to show them off if we can uh but it’s really gorgeous like crystal said very classical uh with like a modern twist also it’s hard to tell but the the back windows are all garage
Doors I don’t know if they actually open I would say probably not um but they do have a patio area out there it looks like you can actually eat on the patio yeah as well I think Todd I think Todd has ate out there before okay Todd and
Vicki did come yeah they did come here um I don’t remember if it was them or K and I I know somebody some of our friends ate here and they ate out there and like it’s such a great atmosphere out there I love it on a beautiful day today’s a
Little cold so I’m F eating inside a little chilly out yeah a little chilly but little chili kis a little chili kis cold water time got to St hydrated water on the Rocks yeah all right so like I said I got the mermaid it’s funny because it’s called
Mermaid but the a is like lemonade oh yeah so it has there’s like coconut rum in here um lime bitters like and a touch of tiki I don’t know but yeah as long as it’s tropical it’s up my alley so well that needs a a good
Mixing that needs a good oh you can totally taste the the limes I love it but look at this TIY mug it’s super cute I wish you can buy it I know it’s so cute it definitely gives me like um of course a little more M Vibes but like alcoholic Starbucks oh yeah
Yeah yeah this is good yeah like it definitely tastes like a like an alcoholic lemonade it’s really good I like it you probably not like a you probably won’t like it it’s got a coconut rum the coconut rum yeah this Like Straw is like it’s broken
Okay all right you guys I am so excited for this I got a maple bacon oldfashioned and so I’m going to do um a nice they actually had to make the bacon fresh for me so um let’s take a SI cheers it’s like Smokey you do get Taste of bacon in it
It does have like a bacon aftertaste a little bit of maple I really like this I’ve never quite had an old fashioned like this but I really like it all right so I got the French toast Vlogs and I have a feeling I’m going to
Be taking some home um I did get a side of eggs um scrambled yeah but these look so good I’m going to I’m going to pull it down so I can cut it easier and get some of this syrup on it oh that looks delicious dude it it looks
So good I need a little bit of butter all right this is a big bite let me cut that in half you’re like oh yeah we’re on camera let’s not stuff my mouth completely all right it smells so good oh my goodness these melt in your
Mouth these melt in your mouth like this syrup is so delicious I’m not a huge fan of like powdered sugar but it’s like perfect so You’ had the French toast at tangaro Terrace yes which is also amazing especially for Quick Service M the French toast at Lamplight though is
This better than lamp light or no without the whipped cream okay lampl whipped cream puts it over we all know that yes um honestly like so best French toast on Disney property I would say would be tangaro Terrace I love it um this will probably be second
Second yeah this will probably be second I mean that’s pretty that’s pretty good yeah I think it’s really good I just love like the flavors of like the like Hawaiian is flavor of theirs so that makes sense that makes sense M good though if you’ve been watching
The channel for a while you know I love Chile killes I’ve had them at every place on the Disney property that offers them which is Lamplight Lounge I’ve had them at storytellers I have had them at Goofy’s Kitchen and now we’re going to be trying them here at the great Maple
So let’s dig into these I have to say our waiter was very impressed that Nick could say Chile they look so good they’re so good the grandma on so really flavorful this is I don’t even know what to do it’s so freaking good you
Guys I am a fan of like the salsa ver chili kees like rather than like the red sauce mhm and that’s what these ones are unlike lamp light they’re very very good best one you had so far these are the best chili killes on property by far
Nice by far I love this we’ll have to tell Peter oh he’s probably already had him but if he hasn’t you haven’t had them yet Peter you need to since you’re a connoisseur of chili killes you try those eggs I am excuse me I actually think you can
Tell a lot of our place based on the eggs yes uh you can tell they’re not like box eggs they look good yeah so these are some good scramble days they don’t look overcooked no not at all yeah they’re like cooked perfectly yeah and I think they were about
$3 to add to a meal that doesn’t come with legs yeah they’re really good I definitely am glad that I all I wanted was eggs when I came here so I’m glad we got them but the French jok is pretty good we also ordered a side of these
Sour cream and onion scallop potatoes and CHR and I are both the sucker for scallop potatoes some people were saying that these are super delicious though so we had to make sure we at least tried them I don’t know how I should have attacked cutting these cuz that I just messed it all
Up oh you’re going to like these a lot they’re super creamy nice dude these are these would be so good like with like like Thanksgiving or Christmas dinner I’ve always wanted to make sour potatoes no but these like sour cream and onions like they’re so I’ve had scal
Potatoes before but not like this they’re usually like cheddar or cheese scal potatoes these are really delicious I like these a lot I think Crystal’s going to like them too I was a little worried about like the onion flavor would be maybe too much for her or there
Would be like crunchy onions I don’t know what to expect but it’s subtle flavor very creamy the texture of the potato is just it’s perfectly cooked I love it all right I’m debating like I do want like the top I want like a Top Potato cuz they’re always the crunchy yeah but I’m
Just going to take this little stack right over here they smell amazing yeah oh my goodness okay these are really good like you don’t need to add anything onto these no they don’t need salt they don’t need pepper no I wouldn’t change them they’re delicious they are I need this Chef come
Out here and tell me how to make these yeah cuz I’m going make them once a week they’re so good oh my gosh these are I by themselves but they would be so good like side dish for Thanksgiving side dish for Christmas with steak side dish
For steak Yeah I want like a a juicy piece of try CHP right now yeah these are these potatoes I I would come here alone just for the potatoes wow yeah I knew you’d like them I didn’t you’d like them that much oh my God this is probably like the best thing

Whipped butter I can see that the maple flavor it’s really good is phenomenal like I should have got the bacon maple the syrup really really makes this stuff like the French sauce is good by itself don’t get me wrong right but the syrup is what’s really special about it I love French
Sauce like this where they cook it to actually be like crisp like a little crunchy yeah and then like this middle is so soft that’s good I think your your estimate of um tangaro Terrace being the best though I think you’re right this really good
Though what do you got there so we got an order of pancake pops they do come with three so it’s their take on pigs in a blanket and if you guys remember when notb Farm was doing their Taste of knots during the like Co closure um I loved
Their pigs in a blanket like I wish like every seasonal change that they would bring them back and they haven’t yet but with these ones they come with a salted caramel which we heard is the best yeah one of the waitresses or managers I think it was a
Manager and then they have the maple syrup and then they have a whipped cream so we are going to we’re going to try a bite with each so we’re going to should I save the The Salted Caramel for last yeah they said that was the best yeah
Okay so first we are going to do just regular syrup oh this is going to be messy all right here we go is that good yeah this is good this sausage is like perfect oh my goodness okay they went pick theine okay I would I would imagine
So yeah not do he serve them out of a restaurant oo this Whi cream is good next with just Whi cream that’s pretty good as well yeah I am excited for this salted caramel though yeah I’m excited to see how much better it is clearing the palette yeah all
Right it smells so good oh I love salted caramel so much oh my goodness oh my goodness I’m dying okay I’m so excited okay do they sell The Salted Caramel Side by itself I’m sure you can add it yeah because I want to put this on my French
Toast oh oh my God to break off a piece of French toast and dip it in there this is so good I think I like the pig in a blanket more than the french fries okay but I’m such a sausage person so you do love breakfast mhm yeah The Salted Caramel salted
Caramel I have to see if you can get it on the side yeah it’s amazing I want salted caramel and whipped butter that would make that over there like absolutely perfect okay okay but if you’re deciding between the two I would go for the pancake pops okay I think
They’re better okay I think they’re the better deal all right so it’s my turn now to try these pancake pops um I’m going to try it without anything I want like a yeah it’s really good I don’t think I’m going to even try it with the
Maple syrup I had it on the pancakes I know what it tastes like they’re okay I’ll be honest wow I want them maybe maybe it’s cuz they’ve been sitting a little while I want them crunchier they’re soft but they are called pancake pops so they’re probably
Supposed to be soft I think I expected it to be as crunchy as a corn dog I want it crunchier yeah but then they probably they do taste like pancakes just wrapped in there it’s good I like by itself I like the French toast better let’s try this Caramel I mean I don’t I think that caramel will make literally anything that is so sweet like tether wow these are good don’t get me wrong I personally like the French toast better if I was going to get one or the other I’m also not a giant breakfast sausage
Fan though so that could be why you should dip your bacon in that caramel my bacon yeah cuz I feel like that would be absolutely delicious that was so good so good you guys you know we don’t give all food like 10 out of 10 right everything here except this to me
10 out of 10 dude like whatever the ranking is I would eat here again the prices for like theme park is dining I don’t think they’re terrible could be a little cheaper and only they’re terrible portions are pretty large though oh yeah um yeah you guys got to get down here
And try this we’re going to finish this up and then we’ll really kind of tell you what our thoughts are but we love it all right you guys we have a lot of food left we still I think we’re taking food home what do you think yes I need a full batch of
These potatoes though to take home mm yeah I think we’re going to get a box for everything cuz I am done I’m so full I’m full but I cannot stop eating these potatoes oh my gosh they’re literally so good like we got our box ready to go we do
They do take a magic key discount yeah they do have a magic discount but I mean that should be a give R property but just to add you never know uh also make sure you bring your parking from the garage for this hotel yes uh that way they valate for 3
Hours all right y’all that is it oh my gosh I’m so full the food really good the alcohol strong one of probably the best new restaurants oh yeah like on property definitely um everything was delicious I’m really looking forward to coming back and trying like the burgers

Last minute it really was um next time we’re going to try to come back with friends so we can try way more stuff so much uh but I had a blast the service here was great dude all of the staff is amazing and like I said very subtle
Disney touches It’s Not Over the Top in your face highly recommend it if you can get down here try this great Maple yes if not there are other locations apparently so you guys can try it there’s one near you one thing that I really liked was like it doesn’t pertain
To us but they have stroller parking and like it’s not in the lobby blocking anything like they have it off to the side they give you like a return tag it’s like checking a CO it I like that it’s really cool yeah it keeps it out of
The way like every like I saw families leaving all of their stuff on it yeah since they take it out they put it away they don’t just leave them always so yeah so I thought that was pretty cool really cool we will definitely be back
