Hello and welcome back in this video I’m going to show you French Press hack that give you a much cleaner tasting cup only using flat bottom paper today I’m going to be using French Press from fellow I’m just going to this is a double insulator

I’m just going to put some hot water in it to heat up the water chamber right now okay just a little bit I’m just going to put that in uh grab your favorite coffee let’s throw some coffee I’m going to start with the 15 G

Of coffee in this video I’m going to be using my uh hand grinder for Comm Dante um just get a coarse grind size I’m using the grind size number 30 uh 30 clicks from the zero as you can see Grand size precourse make sure discard the water

It’s nice actually it’s pretty warm in there right now all right from here I’m going to change the mode uh I’m going to us the Brew assist uh I think I’m going to do just add your coffee 1 to 16 ratio so 14.8 G and I’m

Going to add about 236 G of water so just whatever you want to be comes to your ratio there’s no set rule I know some people like 1 to 15 1 to 16 1 to 17 is all up to you I’m just going to set it and

Then I’m going to do some blooming first I’m going to do 302 Bloom about 50 g of water comes to water temperature I’m using the boiling temperature all right I’m just going to set it I’m going to wait about 30 seconds okay we’re about 30 30 seconds

Right now I’m going to go all the way after to 235 okay 235 this skar is great I just let you know you’re right I’m just going to give you a quick store I know some people likes to use a spoon to mix it up but I’m just going to

And at this point your flat bottom paper you smash the paper here just like so okay just wrap around just like that okay it doesn’t have to be pretty okay and now I’m going to fit into the French press that’s it just like that okay and I’m going to wait about about 3

And 1/2 minutes okay 3 and 1/2 minutes nice and slow push all the way back okay at this point let’s give it a try let’s give it a try this is definitely not murky as a French press uh seems like cleaner than okay it’s not as clean

As a prover coffee but it’s much much cleaner than uh regular French Press because French PR French Press has that a little murky taste but this one yeah cheers everybody man I have to say it’s much cleaner you know I like it I like it a lot okay
