There two-hour yoga class earlier today so I have my knees behind my head for about 90 minutes but long term that will improve your your your longevity viable hopefully yeah keep me alive let’s take a look at the front pages uh The Daily Mail Harry spends just 45

Minutes with Charles uh the telegraph Harry’s Dash to see father the guardian NHS delays leave 600 children a week facing Mental Health crisis picture of the king the times Harry reunited with Father after diagnosis the I post office built second it system behind wrongful convictions and the Daily Star as ever

Slightly off pieced don’t flush your bog if it’s raining I’m not sure if we’ll have time to cover that important story but those were your front Pages so uh once again um the same story dominating most of the front pages ceser the maale have it yes Harry spends just 45 minutes with Charles uh and juk and William have no plans to meet at all so he spent 45 minutes with Charles Charles

Rang him to tell him the bad news his cancer diagnosis um and they’ve had this meeting they’re saying it’s a very brief meeting um I don’t know what’s a what’s an appropriate L 45 minutes seems to be reasonable to me it’s not doesn’t feel snatched I mean anything less than 10

Minutes would probably have been a bit cursory given he’s flown across the Atlantic I was surprised they lasted that long actually I’m sure it was a bit tense 45 minutes is is a period in school isn’t it quite a long talk with math you know D the Bell is a signal for

Me not for you m it’s a long talk with your dad though isn’t it cuz Dad sometimes can be a quiet in distance well my dad can talk for 46 minutes without drawing a breath but but how’s but how’s his cancer diagnosis well so far as I know it’s very good there isn’t

One um but these they’re not necessarily the most emotional people are they I mean I could imagine that having walked behind his mother’s coffin you know they’re trained to be very dignified people aren’t they and it’s true and this this relationship also isn’t it really well it has been for some time

Now he’s been managing it at arms length but also I think it’s um significant Charles was told about this diagnosis recently having gone in you know with an enlarged prostate which is something you and I Scott I’m sure can sympathize with the I’ve had my prostate stroked many

Many times but the um my point is he’s not he wasn’t previously aware that he was Ill right so it’s not as if it’s not this is not a sort of sick bet kind of situation this is more him coming in to just get briefed on it I think isn’t it

We don’t really know do we but I’m not saying he’s not really it I’m just saying in terms of how I don’t know it it feels they’re trying to present it almost as if he you know being read the last rights I mean it’s a little bit

Hasty with my father and my uncle both had prostate cancer but it’s tell this isn’t prostate cancer it’s what sorry I should clarify he went in for prostate examination and they did some other checkups while he was there and something else is emerged right one of the strange things I mean obviously it’s

Not for me to say but one of the strange things is that they haven’t as yet said what kind of CC it is what that is strange what kind of organ is they said it’s not prostate they just said it’s not prate all right um because that was

My initial thing because as you say prostate cancer is something people can live with for over 10 years at least yeah it’s frequently patients are told that this isn’t what will kill you actually no exactly people die with it rather than of it anyway uh we move on

To the guardian Scott and they have some alternative take on the Health Service all right the NHS delay is leaving 600 children a week facing Mental Health crisis the number of children referred to emergency mental health care in England has soared by more than 50% in 3

Weeks I’m sorry in three years according to data laying bear the impact of ly cold January I mean you can imagine it has had an effect but that would be quite significant yeah and and uh Netflix hasn’t been great no that’s true Al Alexander is out now so that well

That yeah for the young gays thank we’ll come back to that short sweet kisses this is lockdown leftovers isn’t it this reaping the benefits of the fabulous lockdown and the ministers who locked us down are now going to save us by bringing in new ideas about mental health it’s extraordinary the number of

People I speak to I had a conversation this very day about how we are now only now still beginning to see the impact of lockdown on young people and yet I don’t feel that I encountered that many people who agreed with me at the time that it was an horrific and and Draconian

Imposition on them we all agree with you just would hear you go on about because you know how you can be but the thing is they’ve been going on about a healthcare um support crisis within the NHS for quite a long time yeah and um you know I was seeking

Healthcare not too long ago here and I you know it was very difficult and I got a little bit and then they said you got to go private now well they they picked up on your accent I expect they heard it yeah and they said please leave I me the

Other thing to say about Mental Health crisis which is always difficult to say because of course there are some people who are genuinely having a mental health crisis and you don’t want to be little that and then there are I think we all feel sliding uh you know the Overton

Window of mental health has been shifted somewhat hasn’t it it’s gone from being stigmatized and nobody dare speak about it to the very first thing anyone reaches for if they’re feeling you sound like a royal family member right now being very stoic she Willa nothing running through puddles in P cells F you

Well it mentions eating disorders and yeah people being suicidal but you even those come at different levels of severity don’t they yeah don’t know oh absolutely anyway as I say I don’t mean to belittle any one of those individuals just the overall statistic we have the telegraph now chrysa Okay so main story

Is Harry’s Dash to see his father so the same story again but we’ve also got dentist dentists to get 20,000 golden hello to work in NHS crisis areas and specifically it says you get 20 grand if you’re prepared to move to the countryside which I think is slightly uh

The country yeah well most would like to live well that’s what I don’t know that’s inter you were being paid enough the reason most people don’t live in the countryside is the houses are large that and and agreeable and the the jobs aren’t there to support it’s really

Pricey if you I mean a lot of people have a vision of the countryside and it isn’t you know lots of people live in pedal dashed Terrace houses exactly s there’s some lovely bits and well it’s just look it’s like it’s pretty and beautiful like the vicker of dby but

It’s also got a 197 councilor State on the side if I was being offer a golden hello to go and and live in uh in I will share I think devises that would be my the thing I I have a friend who used to travel in in a caravan from neighborhood

To neighborhood in London yeah and he’d be a gypsy no he was I sorry he’s a dentist oh he might have been a gypsy he might be now actually but you could have I thought we were talking about Dentistry but no I saw him one day in AR

In bethl green and I asked him what service you provide he mostly emergency service and he mostly people coming in with with abscesses that he would slice and stuff would shoot across the room he said some of them are so po I can smell their mouths before they get in the

Caravan yeah so I think 20 grand isn’t enough no it’s an UNP believe on a good day you B is still just staring into it’s an odd compulsion to become a dentist because they have to do all the usual medical training they have options

And they go I just want to do the T my fist in someone’s mouth for the rest of my life I know it’s having said that I had uh this is I’m just checking the time I flew to Aspen Colorado about 15 nearly 20 years ago now for the Comedy

Festival and never been there before it’s at about 8,000 ft I think and um consequently got off the plane but was still at altitude and gradually over the next few hours became aware that I had an which had never previously made itself felt because when you’re at altitude the internal pressure fails to

Equalize and so you’ve suddenly got this build up and it became agonizing and I went with my travel insurance luckily to an Aspen Colorado dentist who as you can imagine was like a 6’4 Mr Universe yo dude come on in like amazing you know like four or five uh AB the most

Glamorous assistants the most up to dat I mean the olymp of dentist it was incredible and he gave me Nova cane which was the single best drug experience have ever had you know just all of the muscles across your chest that have gradually grown tense just

Trying to control the pain just relax it was amazing I spent 2 hours in denal chair in sancisco two weeks ago right before I came back here and I finally found a dentist who’s British in the US they’re not easy to find but they’re very conservative and I really

Appreciate that and funny too they’re like a couple of jokes while they’re somebody should do a sitcom about anyway have we got time for one more let’s finish with the daily stas up what have you got don’t flush your bog if it’s raining for God’s sake uh if there will

Avoid huge sewage spills and destruction of our rivers and we just stop flushing our blog when it’s raining up but on the other hand they have made a very plausible looking frog out of two laboratory rolls they have it’s cute right with a little tongue I don’t know

What that has to do with anything but anyway we don’t have the full story here I love the use of the word was brilliant great of that word Yeah so basically the um the real story is to do with the the lamentable state of our Rivers again is

It yeah yeah which The Daily Star is trying I do want to go wild swimming and go swimming some of my friends do it but I’m just I’m it’s not the cold or even the drive or between two stools as it were I’m worried about that going

Through the motion I mean David Williams I think he C something didn’t he there was aate of sto they had to pump his stomach and not for the first time right think he’s never been the same which some people might be happy about part one coming up rishie shows that Piers

Morgan is the bigger man and Tucker meets Vlad and the Victory of the tractors we’ll see you in a couple of minutes wake up to the headlines with Headliners every morning at 5:00 a.m. we treat you to the day’s biggest stories before anyone else 7even days a week you

Can catch up on everything you need to know before you’ve even had your kippers M Headliners every morning at 5:00 a.m. only on GB news the people’s Channel Britain’s News Channel good afternoon Britain in weekdays from midday uh Chris what is the preferred way in which the

Police go about their business at the moment there’s these two strands of thinking evidence-based policing versus Bobby’s on the beat it’s very very difficult and the problem the police have got basically is that they’re too thinly spread and it’s too much is expected of them there’s a

Long list isn’t it every month we hear police need to do more about this police need to do more about that and police do their best they’re overwhelmed with bureaucracy I mean when I was a young PC if I took a shoplifter in then I’d be in

And out within an hour you take a shoplifter in now and you’re doomed for the rest of your shift for six or seven hours dealing with the bureaucracy police want to get back in those communities because community policing is really the core of policing but such

Are the demands on their time at at the moment and the bureaucracy and the fact that they are struggling now to retain experienced officers people are hemorrhaging out of the police and new recruits coming in haven’t got that experience and there’s a good chance they may not stay anyway so there’s all

Sorts of problems and for the Home Secretary to gbly say he wants more done frankly clearly shows he’s got no understanding of the pressure police are under and of the constant criticism that they face across the board very rarely do you actually hear of police officers getting PR praised for acts of Bravery

Or acts of compassion so there’s a problem with Morel in the police force and clearly a problem with a Home Secretary who needs to get out there and talk to officers on the front line who frankly are struggling and last night of course was a graphic example every Sunday from 11 join

Michael Portillo there will be topical discussion looking at the week before and the week to come so kick back and relax at 11:00 a.m. on Sundays on GB news with me Michael Portillo GB news the people’s Channel Britain’s News Channel when the news happens it happens here and really important breaking news

Breaking news this morning on TV radio and online the news Starts Here on Britain’s Newsroom all the biggest stories and the answers that you need from across the UK and Beyond join Britain’s Newsroom from 9:30 on GB news the people’s Channel Britain’s News Channel hello so we’re back with Headliners and we’re digging into the papers now creser Guardian first just when you thought you couldn’t feel more contempt for our prime minister horrible well she’s on a bet with Pier’s oh God God not a betting person rishy sunak Rose

Back on 1,000 Rwanda bet and when he initially agreed to this I thought all good on him you know everyone was criticizing him and I thought what else could he do in stand up for himself well yeah exactly but it was you mean you don’t think he should have agreed to it

In the first no I think you’re right I think the fact that he rose to it and and generated a certain amount of he could have said let’s not bet on people’s desperation yes could he could said that but he’s not a qu thinker is he not really not Snappy he’s also a

Hedge funer so of course is a gambler yeah it’s weird to me he’s a politician they gamble all the time turns out that he does have a history of gambling but the point is he he was kind of being the people’s person in the moment or trying

His best I can’t imagine St better and now he’s gone back on it which is just not for, as well it’s pathetic isn’t it I mean small change to him and people are saying oh ,000 PS in the cost of living crisis he shouldn’t have agreed

To it and like oh yeah CU we didn’t all know he had a trillion billion in the 19th century politics when this country was actually a serious player on the world stage was basically a series of wages in the reform Club was all of it that was that was what decided foreign

Policy and the next head of state and all the rest of brilliant well that’s as well as a desperation of people that did it absolutely yeah just counted very small beings but um I don’t know I think there is something odd about Richi sunk in this that’s more serious which is

That kind of desperation to be liked and to be sort of popular in the moment and and a serious leader should have taken control of that situation as you say I wouldn’t expect it of him but to say well hang on pier you know this is uh we

We’re we’re we’re doing our best to sort of uh ease the pressure blah blah blah rather than going yeah all right it reminds me of Comedy it reminds me of Live Comedy now a little bit because the young comedians like richy being young they they want to be liked and if if an

Audience member tries to take control the show they kind of allow them to do it sometimes it’s real danger the compar is kind of joke and invite the audience like make them feel like it’s the show’s about them which is a real mistake I think that’s so not what you do oh God

It’s a real battle I got to tell you I love watching it you got to struggle to get it back this all started with well comedy was turned into therapy about 20 years ago I don’t know exactly when it happened but there was a point when

Every new Young comedian had to come out and immediately announce themselves as if they were lying on a couch and yeah they talk about being touched by an uncle or whatever happened that they had to have that in the show to win the a absolutely anyway Let’s uh let’s move on

Scott he’s beened by we do first thing we do let’s kill all the lawyers uh famous line from Henry VI 6 by William Shakespeare and it once again Falls to kemy badok to speak unvarnished truth labor plan in the Daily Mail labor plans to expand gender equal pay laws to

Ethnic minorities and this will lead to a bonanza for dodgy activist lawyers a senior cabinet minister warns apparently labor wants to kind of update the race relations act of 1976 make it more relevant to today and include handic capable people people of all races races we didn’t know existed back in 197 there

Are more more of them now we’re spawning all sorts so I know we have more genders do we we don’t have more races thousands of genders we don’t have time on the show for genders right now we’re not there we’re talking about race so um one of our favorite people you know Kimmy

Said look this is just going to lead to a mess more red tape more lawyers getting involved this law already exists it’s already illegal to do unequal pay for people because of their skin color or their gender or any of it but it’s good that it puts it to the Forefront it

Reminds people that it’s a wrong thing to do that’s true there is I mean it is get smug about it it’s a generally observed rule that nine times out of 10 when people are suggesting new legislation all that needs to happen is the existing legislation needs to be prop well just

Used you know properly reminded yeah yeah but um equally I do find it slightly ironic that Kem bad Enoch is uh being activated by exactly the same thing that the previous bad Enoch that was what he was upset about with the r relations well when it first came in I

Don’t know I think there is a there is a tendency to attract a Sort Of Swarm a lawyers around these things but of course making the making the legislation clear is the key isn’t it no one wants to hire a lawyer so they can get an

Equal paay to the to the person on at the other desk people just want their pay equal and you know that they’re going to find out people always gossip about paying office right and I think if they took that information just themselves without any legal support that that’s a huge problem like if

You’re an employer and your court doing that yeah the Fallout would be massive wouldn’t it so I think you’d be pretty quick to sort it out absolutely the problem either that or you fire the employee and hire somebody El well that’s true you’d find some other reason

That’s normally what you do isn’t it in the same way that they do that in in sports teams and well in politics and in all sorts of you just find some way of getting rid of them without attracting attention to the real reason I do think

That there is a class of um of vexatious lawyers who simply want to thwart government plans and and and so on at the moment in America of course they’re most famously funded by George taorus now this is his latest thing isn’t it in Britain there there’re are slightly more

I mean they’re just a gang of Maverick um do gooders but uh yes they are but I mean but I mean you know promoting British law isn’t necessarily a bad thing no and I think also going after government officials is quite is quite dry that kind of law yeah I think

American law is looking for a bit more glamour that’s true well they already have all the suits and the high rises anyway PR uh we move on I’m convinced there is a cheese biscuit joke to be had here with Tucker and Putin on the rits but it needs work so in the

Meantime tu son confirms unedited interview with Putin so he’s doing it and he’s released this about 4minute video on Tik Tok and we’re going to have a look at it in fact we have got a little we got a 30 second snippet there are risks to conducting an interview

Like this obviously so we thought about it carefully over many months here’s why we’re doing it first because it’s our job we’re in journalism our duty is to inform people 2 years into a war that’s reshaping the entire world most Americans are not informed they have no real idea what’s happening in this

Region here in Russia or 600 Mi away in Ukraine but they should now they’re paying for much of it in ways they might not fully yet perceive so there he is justifying his presence in Moscow um some people are a little bit uh concerned about it others

Feel that this is an interview we’ve been waiting for long well good for him you know and he’s he’s out there he makes a point later on of saying that nobody’s paid him to do this you know he’s doing it on his own steam there

Won’t be any cost to watch it it’s going to be on X Elon said he’s not going to ban it um it’s going to be out there and he just makes all these great points that the people who are paying for this war don’t know what it is you know and

That we’ve had scores of interviews uh with zalinsky he says they’re not traditional interviews they’re foring pep sessions is how he describes them and and he describes the interviews as promoting a foreign leader like he’s a new consumer brand so he’s saying it’s all one-sided and we need to hear what’s

Being said on the other side and that’s not necessarily to say that he supports Putin at all it’s just that what’s going on over there you know so I think this is really exciting I’m looking forward to seeing it well yeah it’s quite a coup

But it is um not completely true that we don’t hear from Putin because I have watched Putin’s speeches to his own government leaders whatever they are it’s not a senate really a parliament or whatever it is I’ve watched him that famous weird odd to camera speech he

Made last year with all those phones around him where he rambled on for about two hours so I do know what his well what he expects us to believe his perspective to be but I think this will bring so much attention when people are going to watch this on a much bigger

Scale in America and the UK different a different demographic will watch it so it’s also you know they’re going to they’re going to dll him up a little bit for American cameras and I think there’s a danger too that his celebrity status in Russia will expand beyond the borders

And I think the only way really to end this misery is for is for Putin to concede that he’s that he’s wrong but this sort of thing only promotes him doesn’t it do you think that is how it’s likely to end I I I think it will end

With a negotiated settlement I think I think it’s only going to end with his death really I think some one one of his people going to take him out because because Russia cannot they can’t afford this you’ve seen mothers in in in British press and in Russian press

Begging for the war to stop beging to get their sons and their husbands home and the information hasn’t come to them partially because Russia can’t afford any there’s no information being passed because they don’t they don’t have that sort of money they certainly it’s quite interesting I’ve seen a few uh sort of

Longish form essays recently making the point that there is a somewhat strange and incoherent support for Putin on the right among people who like his Traditional Values the fact that he’s standing up against trans Admirals and so on as as they see it and and they ignore the fact that he had an

Opportunity 20 years ago to completely revolutionize the Russian economy that they have basically enough human capital to have made a go of it in the modern world they had even under the Soviet system you know considerable success with a space Asian and so on and that’s

All been thrown away and he’s pursuing a sort of almost like some kind of weird philosophical um notion of of of a cyclical time and and the rising and falling of Fortunes of great powers and so on as if vendettas are being pursued but this is traditional Russian politics

Isn’t it I mean we’ve seen periods in the past of Russia last 300 years where uh leaders have risen and and pulled nationalistic fervor yeah out of their pocket and used it to benefit themselves the problem that for me with this is also what they don’t discuss is what

Really needs to be talked about which is the corruption of the Ukrainian government and the reason so many ukrainians are in favor of Russians being there because they have no chance of crawling out from their poverty the way the Ukrainian government runs things we will have to see whether Tucker can

Get into that uh in the meantime Scott St with the telegraph proof once again of he who wears the trousers in Europe although they are tucked into some very muddy boots well you know the problem in the telegraph they talk about the victory of Europe’s Farmers as Brussels

Caves in on emissions targets and eating Less meat uh Ursula vand the the European commission president offered a concession to Farmers they have this uh policy uh urging EU citizens to eat less meat she’s pulled back that from their current plan they would like emissions to be reduced by about 90% by 2040

They’ve reduced that number that promise has gone they’ve gone back and the thing is the land in Europe is so precious it’s it’s just too expensive to farm there and if we want grapes we can’t afford them from France we can’t afford grapes from Spain well France France has

Still got a pretty viable wine industry even if they don’t go in wine they can but but but the property used and the soil needed to make wine this from from California is much different than simply growing grapes you can sell in a market and believe me that bunch of grapes in

Solar Market none of us could afford on the salaries we’re on at this station right if it was if it was not subsidized you mean cuz I can afford French wine I do drink French wine no wine you can but the grapes themselves that the what I’m saying is

Buy materials no but but I’m saying produce vegetables food that we have on our table we cannot afford if it’s only grown in Europe I think to be honest they the the the European Farm should uh now be essentially run in order to attract tourists they I thought I

Thought they were they should make the country as they are in California I mean those wineries exist not because of the wine they produce because the visitors they have they’ve all turned them into spas and we go all the time they’re fantastic they’re they’re a bit pricey

And it’s the only way they can afford to have that so and turn it every 6 months to Meo big real estate proposition by the way the Sussex Downs has uh many acres of um potential vineyard with the soil and the climate are almost exactly what they were in Champagne 100 years I

Was given some some English wine by my friend Lauren in the last couple of years yeah how was it it’s getting huge yeah it the sparkling wine folks you heard it here first by your Vineyard that’s part two done coming up the French a Mojo olvance has discovered

Hers for Jacob ree smog we’ll see you in a couple of minutes in the GB Newsroom we bring you the news as it happens with our team of dedicated journalists across the UK we’re ready to give you accurate reporting every day when the news breaks we’ll be there with bulletins on GB news

The people’s Channel Britain’s News Channel Lee Anderson’s real world Fridays from 7 P.M Dr Jane Jones who was the clinical lead for care after combat Jane thanks for coming and just tell me a little bit about your organization what do you do okay well thank you for

Having me here so we can talk about care after combat so we are an organization a charity who work into the prison system working with military veterans who’ve somehow got involved with the justice system and so there there’s quite a high population of of ex-service men and

Women in our prisons why is that do you think so 2014 the government did a review of who was resident in UK prisons and what they found were that military veterans are the highest occupational group and this obviously raises some concerns so the government wanted to do something about that and so they

Supported care after combat initially just as a scoping exercise really to see if there was any way we could help these men and women actually you know understand the problems that led to offending behavior and go on to lead successful lives so what sort of offending Behavior are we talking

Typically for for people that’s in prison that’s actually served in our Armed Forces primarily it’s air violence yeah so that is the highest offense that that we work with Okay but of course the military as with everybody else it’s the full range of offensive Behavior okay so

We’re in a pub Jane Dr Jane um and I guess for some people you know the old tip of alcohol is good uh a bit of fun uh over a weekend relax let your hair down but for some people alcohol is not always is their best friend and I guess

That plays a plays a part in some of your veterans that end up inside absolutely So speaking from my own experience a good 2third of the people I work with have some kind of mental health problem or mental health difficulty struggling to either adapt into civilian life or with some of the

Traumas they’ve experienced during service people might self-medicate with alcohol to manage some of those thoughts and feelings your weekend starts here with Friday Night Live with me Mark 8 till 99 on GB news big stories big guests and big laughs as we get you ready for a cracking weekend that’s Friday Night

Left the budoir oh dear yeah yeah um young people are having less sex than they were about 16 years ago 28% of 18 to 244 year olds uh who’ve already slept with someone so they’re not virgins but they are having less sexual intercourse in year than they were in 2006 quite a

Lot less right well it seems as though yeah of course 50 to 59 year olds are having less sex than they were in 2006 but that’s because they’re in their 50s now I I mean I suppose it’s looking at the same demographic as they slide through past

They’ve more the 50 to 59s they’re up from from 10% they’re up a little bit so that’s oh up considerably you’re right Killing It Go for the 50 to9 you’re right I read that wrong on who had a a history of being sexy remain sexy but the new the new I think I

Blocked it because that’s kind of my age group and I was nervous about it but it is worrying isn’t it that um well I mean it’s all part of a bigger picture obviously we have a fertility crisis and that’s creating all kinds of Economic and demographic problem

But there is also just a general sort of sense of apathy as well which I think is strikes a lot of adults just conversationally anecdotally I just hear really dangerous but by not producing seen regularly this the semen count in that person and its Effectiveness decrease can go down as well that’s very

Interesting so the tea levels we keep hearing it’s all dropping no one’s interested testosterone levels are down this is the thing this is the underlying factor and of course some people don’t like that cuz it makes it sound like men decide one way or the other you know and

I have seen a lot of heterosexual male though with with with with like shopping sacks going to co-ops on the weekends yeah yeah I’ve seen a lot of that it’s very much a turnoff very very much a turn off it is basically only gay men now who have sufficient levels of

Testosterone in they’re fighting the battle in the front lines we’re doing all the work as maintain a masculine profile and I’ll see you later but we used I remember I went on my first French exchange trip I was 14 and there were so many rumors flying about that

The sex were just permanent the French s were just permanently at it this is supposed to be the expectation we found them a bit disappointing by that maybe we’re just kind of projecting that what do you think is that possible I think French exchange trips were very exciting

Before you went on them went on them they weren’t quite as exciting they’d already gone yeah I know when I used to go to Paris when I was single it was pretty uh wild yeah I’m from San Francisco and that scene kind of intimidated me I got used to it quite

Quickly though but there was a lot going on but this is again this is in the around then around 2006 somebody should do a separate survey I guess of uh of the LGBT uh community and whether their levels are also the 2s lgbti IQ plus a yeah yeah Tria I it’s simar because

Everyone’s on their on which battery size you use Daily Mail now creser they do say good fenes make good neighbors so perhaps no surprise at Holly Val’s evolution in those terms very nice thank you Holly Valance burst out a surprise Tory poster girl ex- neighbor star swipes at crap lefties and climate

Alarmist in shock appearance at launch of new popcorn group as she wants and she wants Jacob Reese MOG as PM so she yes she’s appeared today at popcorn it’s this new uh popular conservatism group dubbed popcorns it’s been formed by allies of xpm Liz trust so it’s it’s the

New we have the clip let’s have a look at her everyone starts off as a lefty and then wakes up at some point after you start either making money working trying to run a business trying to buy a home and then realizes what crap ideas

They all are and then you go to the right so there she is that’s her Evolution she’s been trying to run a business and run a family I don’t know what those she got a big business to run hasn’t you what her husband has um what is her husband he’s a property uh

Interior designer and property developer one of the candy Brothers right oh really okay she’s super wealthy yeah yeah which would make her conern number one par I remember that so why she she she pretends to be struggling in that little speech but we know she’s not yeah

She’s not she just likes the right she likes I she’s saying she’s struggling I think she’s saying I’m now I’m one of the wealth generators as opposed to the but she says something about you try to have you try to build a business you try

To buy a house and you realize how crap the left their policies you go to the right you got the business the house uh kind of I mean I think there is some truth to the fact that you know people assume that wealth can just be redistributed and then when they try and

Make some of their own and it’s redistributed away from them it does tend to change their view for them but it’s her take on it is pretty shallow Liz trust free baled at that event by the way she did one of her um offthe cuff speeches was it good I haven’t

Watched it um she was just talk I think she she hit out at cheese for all you know she’s like yeah and then I think she it’s so great all of us working together and being a part of something bigger and list whatever she’s the greatest prime minister of this country

Never had as far as she so less popular than they wanted to have Valance on board giving it a bit of uh L you cannot go wrong with having attractive you know young young women on your side think she’s let it go a little bit it’s yeah but she’s pretty good by conservative

Standard n she’s only 40 she was pretty hot when she was 20 no Liz truss no that’s yeah Telegraph now Scott the latest version of women hit hardest uh concerns student loans oh more about female graduates God C can you call your friends I was going to be the one to say

Oh God more about how difficult is for a girl to get an education look apparently girls get uh when they they’ve got a new payback plan for student loans now it’s called plan five it starts sooner at a lower grade of payment and obious goes longer to pay it off because it starts

Now when you make 25,000 a year instead of 27 bucks and um apparently girls get lesser paid lower income jobs and boys to to so boys are going to have uh an easier time paying back their loan and save money cuz they’ll pay it back quicker that’s true but the main the

Main uh thing that has been identified is the time that women take off to have babies that’s the main thing that the So-Cal gender pay Gap no one putting a gun on their head or a baby exactly well this is the thing there’s nothing I’m not saying that it that it doesn’t have

A sexist result but it’s not because somebody sat down and went haha we’ll make the women pay more if you want to know why you got to look under the hood there’s loads of stuff about this Warren Farrell’s written whole book about the so-called gender pay Gap and it’s really

Complicated but the main thing is women like having babies and they can and Men Can’t and having career breaks generally and also it would you know it’s slightly ironic that the subject matter that women tend to take tend to be the thing I mean my daughter’s doing English and

Film studies at the moment good luck to I hope there’s no money in any of that but exactly it’s a hobby you know I kind there’s no point in AR about it but you know and nobody is stopping her taking ex studies and I was like you could do

Economics and then maybe there be a job waiting for you at the other end but you know no don’t want to so yeah so there you go so I’ll be paying that Bloody loan anyway I imagine anyway Netflix news in the Metro now cres and a new

Docu drama has rekindled one of the great impenetrable of the ancient world so to speak yes exactly impenetrable um people really think Netflix turned Alexander the Great gay apparently and they’re outraged so there’s a new a new Netflix thing out about Alexander uh the great why wouldn’t there be he was great

Um lots of action by the age of 30 he’d created one of the largest empires in history which does sound very problematic doesn’t it but well done wasn’t so much in those days not so much very celebrated uh and apparently in this he kisses a man he’s banging a

Couple of his generals it’s hard a lot of people arguing on the internet saying but they all a bit gay then a little bit the Greeks created it mixed and matched mixed and mat this is the thing there is this conversation always it’s it’s not it doesn’t slot into our preconceived

Categories gay straight whatever bisexual does it very different sort of Notions of Christianity people didn’t really think about it that much you know if they want to B they’ have a baby thr a banging General they bang in general whatever there is there is some reason some evidence to think that Alexander’s

Perhaps most meaningful relationship the love of his life in that risk was with a young man as well I can’t remember his name I always want to say buis but that was a horse I think was no um it’s right I I circled it I looked him up and

They’re both they’re both lovely looking men actually yeah that’s him anyway well listen I have to declare an interest my sister-in-law Lucy Van Beek is the executive producer of this series well I wish her well if she’s managed to lassu an extra kind of demographic with a

Little bit with you know I can’t s it’s streaming SL screaming on Netflix if you want to watch it so it’s called the making of a gay God or just a God I added gay I add a gay I made gay he wept like Eric Bristo for there are no new

Worlds to conquer one of the most Sinister and unsettling cases of the century comes to a most unsatisfactory conclusion and the daily Ma’s coverage does include the phrase the case was reopened in 20 11 apparently daily male Gareth Williams will remember him uh years back he was

Found in a stuffed into a piece of luggage placed into his own bathtub in his pimo flat and he his hands were publicly were politely folded across his chest yes uh he was locked in there from the in from the outside so obviously other people were involved well you

Would think so but they claimed it’s a sort of contortionist act right well they’re saying the key was in with him but there’s noing his fingerprints anyway there no fingerprints on B of anybody’s I think so that’s they think it might be uh either MI6 or American uh people who

Wanted to end his life because he knew too much or he complained about a zipper he was involved in BDSM and all this stuff so documentary about AR they the making of a of a nested suitcase yeah they made gay I mean I think there is an extraordinary novel Waiting to be

Written about this isn’t there we make it with kind of finding but he’s involved in the drag and bondage scenes the drag and bond are those scenes together does everyone have to get along once again lumping all of these more letters added to that thing jeez

Good Lord that’s it for part three and no disrespect meant towards his poor family coming up in the final section honesty is the best policy especially when it comes to your talentless Offspring and wearing slippers to the chippy is now Chic see you in a couple of Minutes I’m Michelle jubber and I’m not here to tell you what to think I’d much rather hear what you have to say so send in your opinions to GB viws at GB newws docomo here on jubes and Co we debate we get stuck into the issues of the day on

A show where all views are welcome Especially Yours GB news the people’s Channel Britain’s News Channel Patrick chrisy tonight weekdays from 9900 p.m. Mike fre joins me now Mike thank you very much for coming than for inviting me um firstly how are you it’s been a busy day and uh it’s been a

Quite a traumatic experience it’s a it’s a real wrench to walk away from a job that you love but also a constituency that um you’ve become you know I live there it’s my home and I regard many of my constituents as friends and um it is an amazing amazing place and so walk

Away from that um is really quite it’s quite an emotional um wrench to think this was a job I loved and but unfortunately I can’t do it anymore can you talk me through the process because you mentioned about the you know Legend arson attack Etc being the final straw

But this has been a really quite vile journey to get to this point so what kind of threats have you had what’s that look like well like every MP I mean you day in day out you get abusive females you get lowlevel stuff that whether we

Should accept it but we do it’s graffiti you know it’s um things like you know I’ve had in the past I’ve had a mock Molotov cocktail left on the office door meaning we had to Evacuate the whole building I’ve come out and out of my

House and found you know a note on my car um where I live is common knowledge but what I drive is less so and it was a few weeks after uh John man had had the wuts and his car tampered with so that all kind of makes you you know what on

Earth going on but I I’ve had two run-ins with the organization that was Muslims against Crusades and people like Anam chowri um who was behind that organization um been to prison but online it said used to do surgery in mosques uh surgery mosque so I wanted to

Go out and see people and online there picture of me saying you’re not welcome in our our mosque stepen Tims be a pointed reminder so it’s not very subtle well just for our viewers and listeners you might not remember that Steen Tims of course was stabbed um by a woman

Who’d been radicalized um thank heavens he survived so it was a very UNS subtle tired of the usual Focus tested pre-prepared Westminster runaround well so am I so you want High taxes is your department to blame for this are you rethinking this policy every Sunday at

9:30 I’ll be sitting down with those in power to get the truth about the issues affecting you let’s be honest we’ve known about the cost pressures of this project for years not months that’s the Camila tomin show a politics show with personality on GB news the people’s Channel Britain’s News Channel welcome back to Headliners for the final section sometimes a little quirky creser something that creates a lot of dispute in our household I can tell you is lying to your kids a good way to improve their self-esteem or damn them to a lifetime of dishonesty in the daily love to know

Which side you’re on Simon uh honesty really is the best policy lying to your children that they did well during a school play can turn them into liars later in life study finds so this divides up lies into uh instrumental lies and white lies and the instrumental

Ones are if you don’t stop doing that I’ll call the police it’s lying but it might work and then White Lies are that honey you great when you weren’t lying as to your intention I’m not saying it’s not problematic but I don’t regard it as

A lie I regard I regard a threat that you will not follow through on as a different category to a lie as to facts that you have at your disposal and are choosing to misrepresent that’s that’s a significant difference would you say uh you sound like a parent who’s justifying your behavior

I don’t know such things I know not what they are whatever you have to do to tell a kid to to shut up I’m all for it serly just to quiet them down in a market or on an airline so that’s a short-term solution what they’re saying here is you

Could end up later on with a larger child who’s were person oh so you’re saying for instance if you if you are quiet now I will reward you when we get home yeah like a dog with snacks look how well behaved they are if you give

Them snacks give the kid a snack you know there’s one interesting study which is always always banded around and is constantly being reexamined was the marshmallow test remember this one so the marshmallow test for any viewers who’ve not familiar with it was um decades ago small children were left in

A room with one marshmallow they were told that if they could resist eating it for 15 minutes while they were not observed they come back in and they get two marshmallows but if they wanted to just eat the one and then they track them through the rest of their lives it

So of certainly like predictor and they’ve repeated this many times it’s an old study but up but here’s the key so yes the ability to delay gratification low time preference whatever you want to call it predicts life outcomes hugely very accurate if the the more able you

Are to resist eating the marshmallow the more you’re able to invest and hold your marriage together and all the rest of it but it turns out that the kids who were less able to do that were the ones who had been lied to on too many occasions

Beforehand yeah the ones who had grown up in families where they were told if you’re good you’ll get this and then they didn’t get this or had like absentee fathers who would just kind of go I’ll see you at the weekend and then see them or your father says every when

I get when I get the new company car will go to Disneyland and it never happen never Jam tomorrow Jam tomorrow and after a while you just go damn Jam tomorrow I’m going to take the jam when it’s on the plate in front of me so that

Is a significant part of lying as well I personally think that lying is one of the great slippery slopes in in uh you know you’re a comedian we lie all the time no you don’t lie you present the truth with [Laughter] but it is very easy you start off just

By going I just don’t want to see my family this weekend my you know my I just can’t face the drive I’m sorry ma’am I’ve got a bit of a cold I don’t think it’s best I don’t come because I’ll only give it to you and before you

Know it you know you’re um R from inter who can lie cuz I can’t lie and I’m I’m terrified of it cuz then I think I’m going to trip myself up it’s getting bigger and bigger and so I don’t lie and I see other people doing it with great

Success yeah my husband’s incapable of yeah yeah yeah well my husband’s Evangelical and incapable of lying and sometimes I wish he would lie a little bit yeah and not say things to me like no it’s fine no yeah yeah yeah just say that that’s all I want to hear it’s

Gotot the strange story of Miss Japan now and the light It Shines on conventional beauty standards that you and I have had to battle our whole lives Carol Carolina Shino she’s 26 and she won the um well she’s born she was she was not born she’s bornn in the

Ukraine yeah and moved to Japan pretty young very young and felt all her life like she was kind of treated as a foreign person or something unusual or weird she tried to fit in and then she won the Miss neon contest um and she was thrilled to do it it’s a

55-year-old contest you that she was really excited to get that title and so excited that she uh had sex with a married man and the thing is in Japan can if you do that the the the mistress gets blamed and in fact the wife in the threesome can sue the mistress for

Ending her marriage and you think that’s what’s caused this out cuz I think there was also there was dis quiet maybe it wasn’t all sort of ukan but that she’s Ukrainian because they are still very much more ethnically self-defined the Japanese she’s the first white person Miss Great Britain who anyone

Would have any issue with any nationality or ethnicity or you know well if she if she wasn’t of European descent she wouldn’t have to keep saying I’m English I’m English we’ go okay all right yeah you’re English yeah yeah it’s a bigger deal over there but they are

It’s interesting there’s also a degree of doubt in there which is quite touching one of the commentators in a Japanese newspaper said that um while no one should face racial discrimination if we adopt these Western standards of beauty then no Japanese woman is going to be able to compete which I think is

Terribly sad sort of mindset it’s true though isn’t it the picture of the woman she’s got these enormous eyes and she looks like to me she reminds me of Japanese anime cuz she’s got this very cute face with big eyes I think they’re also worried about adopting uh Western

Especially Western Europe uh Moray well yeah and they don’t want the family to be in any way discredited no it’s a very interesting tension we should observe it cresa we have one more story staying with the shifting Sands of fashion and beauty and slippers and wearing them to

The chii wearing them wherever you like wearing your slippers outside is now acceptable and fashionable no I hate this um apparently just Bieber has been doing it great lots of celebrities it’s been featured at L Fashion Week in Paris and this is now ex there’s a picture of

Rishy sun act’s wife going to the shops and slippers I hate them slippers and I hate sliders as well oh I I have a few of those I mean in the house it’s fine they’re good for poolside too you don’t fall you should add poolside is what they’re actually made for going from

Your hotel room to your on Suite my rule which my son has adopted and and as remembered is you should never wear anything in public you couldn’t kick a football back to its owner all right nice yeah well I can’t tell when I see kids walking through shortage if they’ve just

Woken up or just left a yoga class but they’re they’re wearing the slippers and the pajama trousers and the whole thing and they have no intention you can tell of of emerging in any thing other than they’re sleeping here or making any kind of a go there’s no effort no from home

It’s active wear for not being active it’s I guess it’s kind of maybe it’s kind of sexy maybe it they’ll kick up the sex maybe the French should start wearing it’s making Holly valence fancy the conservatives but you look available at all times have to go folks the show

Is nearly over let’s take another quick look at Wednesday’s front pages The Daily Mail Harry spends just 45 minutes with Charles the telegraph Harry’s Dash to see father the guardian NHS delays leave 600 children a week facing Mental Health crisis the times Harry reunited with Father after diagnosis the eye post

Weather fronts really and it’s introducing the colder air further north been very windy and snowy across Shetland today the snow showers easing the winds easing but then more sleet and snow comes in across the highlands and The Western Isles through the night could turn things pretty icy here as

Well further south it’ll be rain that sinks its way across South Wales and Southern England keeping the temperatures up here but we still be a colder night than last night certainly colder further north with a fairly extensive Frost from northern England northwards that’s why it could be icy it

Could be a few flurries through the central belt but that band of sleet and snow is tending to ease off as we go through the morning more snow showers in Northern Scotland through the day the patchy rain in the South making for a gray start but it should clear away and

For many it’s a dry and a bright day tomorrow actually with some decent smells of sunshine but it is going to be cold certainly colder than recent days in the South with single digits as a high and with the cold air in place and more wet weather pushing North on

Thursday a greater risk of some snow over Wales Northern parts of the Midlands Northern England and Northern Ireland a lot on the Hills but even some at low levels that could cause some disruption still a bit of uncertainty about the detail check out the latest warnings on the Met Office website that

On GB news bring your own drinks the emissions free Britain’s Newsroom weekday mornings from 9:30 when you listen to Nigel farage’s assessment there do you feel that maybe this is as good as it was going to get given that we had the pandemic and it was inevitably always

Going to be a bit of a mixed bag well I think it’s a bit of a poor excuse from Nigel there that they haven’t done it properly the facts are Nigel that it’s not worked it’s not going to work yes we will rejoin I mean are we better off for

It are are they can I jump in there Charlie we’re going to rejoin under which government because labor aren’t going to do that unless you don’t think but I mean it’s going to be unavoidable not to join because I think it’s getting worse and worse for us out I mean let me

Just say this are the NHS better because we’re out of Europe no they’re not because they’re not employing more staff is the building trade better off no is traveling abroo do in you EU or staying in the EU are we better off no are we better off cuz Foods rise because of the

EU no are we better off with Import and Export no because they’re taking longer the overall result is that we’re not better off the killer Point here is 57% of the public would now vote to remain 33% would leave surely that’s the tell point it depends on the poster Charlie

Because we were talking to a very good poster earlier said there’s no enthusiasm for any change in a year maybe 10 years they might be thinking about it Belinda duu let’s bring you in I’m sure you want to react to What Charlie said I mean who would have

Thought that the UK wanting to run its own Affairs and making our politicians more accountable would be so revolutionary you Parliament voted a majority to get rid of the vetos the last remaining scraps of democracy that the EU had now luckily for for EU citizens at the moment you know it means

A treaty change to actually go forward but that that is the mood the ever closer Union we have dodged a federalized globalist international power gobbling anti-democratic organization and that’s worth more than a few trade and travel perks with for a few wealthy people in this country he here Belinda DUI Charlie Mullins great

To see you both I’m Andrew Doyle join me at 7:00 every Sunday night for free speech Nation the show I tackle the week’s biggest stories in politics and current affair affairs with the help of my two comedian panelists and a variety of special guests Free Speech Nation

Sunday nights from 7 on GB news the people’s Channel Britain’s News Channel good evening Prince Harry arrives from the west coast of America America but doesn’t stay very long the RAR appears not to have happened I have got for you tonight the Rwanda files yes I have seen private documents from inside the home office last year that

Show at the very moment Richi suak was telling us he would stop the boats the home office knew that he wouldn’t and he couldn’t why is the prime minister seeking to deceive us popcorn yes Liz truss launched it today I was there I’ll give you my opinion and a starszy starle

Investigation into a Newcastle United football fan her political views are unacceptable and she’s been banned from watching the team she loves she and Toby Young from the Free Speech Union join me in the studio and we ask what on Earth are the Premier League up to but before

All of that in a very packed show let’s get the news with ply Middlehurst Nigel thank you and good evening to you well the top story from the G Newsroom tonight is that the King has arrived at the Sandringham estate in Norfolk having left London this afternoon King Charles and queen Camila both on the helicopter that left buck and Palace earlier today after meeting

Prince Harry at Clarence House who’ just flown in from La the Duke of Sussex spending around 30 to 45 minutes with his father and it became apparent today that Prince William he says has no plans to meet his brother whilst Harry is in the UK we understand the king personally

Told both his sons about his cancer diagnosis before Buckingham Palace made that announcement publicly last night Palace officials hoping the king’s openness about the news will help others whose lives have been affected by cancer now also in the news today more precise details have been released about the last known movements of chemical

Attack suspect Abdul aadii before he went on the run the Met police said today the former Asylum Seeker walked past the unil building near black priers then headed towards Victoria embankment in central London about a mile away a 20,000 reward still being offered to anyone with any information that leads

To his arrest he’s suspected of attacking a woman with a corrosive substance which could mean she has life-changing injuries in the United States a court has ruled that Donald Trump is not immune to charges that he plotted to overturn the 2020 us election that means the former president is now one step

Away from a criminal trial a move which would be unprecedented in American political history his lawyers had argued that former presidents can’t be prosecuted for official actions but a panel of Judges has now disagreed Mr Trump is likely to appeal if he were to win the next election he could seek to Pardon

Himself here Liz truss says democracy has become unpopular as she unveiled a new group aimed at boosting conern conservative values the popular conservatives movement or popcorn aims to take on what the former prime minister called left-wing extremists the libdems accused some of those present today at the launch of economic

Vandalism but M trust told GB news she thinks leftwing ideas have gone too far and a 46-year-old man has been arrested on suspicion of malicious Communications following reports of an abusive and threatening phone call

  1. A zoom call would have been more beneficial as KC3 could have seen his "grand children" – should they exist of course! The 45 minutes were for Haz-been's PR stance NOT anything else: "I've flown to see my Dad who has a form of cancer"!

  2. Cressida has been on a lot lately. Not that I’m complaining, I think
    she’s great.
It’s a good show but like all paper review shows restricted by the lack of news.
Still, I thought it was good tonight.

  3. How on earth can a privileged citizen fall ill from cancer? This probably indicates how poisoned our food, drinks, air and environment are and it is time to investigate what has gone wrong. With cancer rates on the increase, it is time to seek the causes and promote preventative measures!

  4. If you believe the king "briefed" harry on the cancer you are deluded; Harry is the last person the king would speak to about the cancer, because if he did every minute detail would be splashed all over the news.

  5. The spy in the bag; the key in the bag is a red herring because locks are sold with 2 keys (where is the other), plus many of those locks lock without a key and you only need a key to open them.
